Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

That's the beauty of globalism, it will cost you few pennies less to ship a product across half the globe than to make it in a place with minimal sanitary conditions. Just remember that you are the one who needs to buy an electric car (that will also be shipped from China, multiple times) because you are responsible for pollution.

Snickers is made by Mars which has the absolute highest food safety standards of any company. If they own the Chinese factory, it’s probably run by westerners and is fine, but if it’s a co-manufacturing situation? Yikes

Not worried at all. What are they going to do? Listen to communications or watch the waves? They can do that from home already without wasting a bunch of money and manpower. And a presence? Yeah okay. Where is their backup when the US Coast Guard shows up? God help them if the real Navy arrives. If Iran tries to do anything with these ships at sea, "at sea" will quickly become past tense.

The fact that they somehow "needed" to move to China to produce food of all things is pretty fishy. It sounds like they want to get lax with their exports to countries other than the US.

I guess its because all those Western European leaders were raised on a rich diet of leftism, fuck America in the pre Obama sense, the purge of right wing thought from academia, Jews, communist sympathizing and a lot of self hating guilt.
