I would bet anything this girl is fat. Thin people can have sleep apnea, but it’s primarily a disease of fatties. That would explain the need to double bind to become flat. And likely a lot of the other problems stem from that — feeling unwomanly because you’re an unattractive genderless blob. Being fat can also make your periods worse.

I don't know if you were being ironic with this and I'm just not getting the joke, but this isn't accurate. Most of the women I know specifically choose women-only martial arts because they're sick of things like having male instructors get erections when showing them grappling moves. Women's only training centers do great.
