Since it's up on the front page I'll clean this up a bit. Miriam Yaniv and Ilana Altmann, Jonathan's aunt were arrested on February 22nd. As you can see Miriam only had one charge while Ilana chimped out.

This was Jon a few days later naming the officer and his family.

Jonathan released this footage.

UPDATE: This has led to a new civil suit. Here is Jonathan, nearly out of breath walking into the RCMP station trying to serve him.

Gee it's like constantly bothering and antagonizing the cops is a bad idea. Especially if you decide to assault them. I'd say I hope the Yanivs's learn a lesson from this, but if the Yanivs's could learn we wouldn't have a subforum about them.

Is that what passes for "beating up" and "brutality" in Canada? Grabbing someone's arm because they won't let you handcuff them as part of a lawful arrest?

Someone needs to ram that cane up each and every arse. The trio needs locking up...I don't care about their age, health problems, "protected/minority" crap etc there's no excuse for the rampant savagery that runs through that family. Makes me wonder now what the father was like.
I have a theory that the pink cane, deployed as a melee weapon in a variety of skirmishes, has been mistaken by the Yanivs as the troon equivalent of King Arthur's legendary sword, Excalibur .

Jonathan probably wrestled it from a hand that rose from the middle of a lake. while wilfully ignoring the drowning person attached to the opposite end.

I still think a decently brutal ass kicking for each of them delivered by the next guy they go aggro with would work wonders for their attitudes. Not enough people (the right ones, anyway) catch beatings for the dumb shit they pull anymore.

jonathan and his family are such nuisances and terrors to this small little place in british columbia. they should just move out.

To Moscow, because Russian police aren't nearly as lenient as Canukistani police.
Even the UK would have problems tolerating them...the neighbours for starters wouldn't be as polite with the disturbances they cause, homeowners or not. His sex pest activities alone would make him a marked target.

Luckily for them, they're in the right place to act like ferals and get away with it.

Assaulting a police officer doesn't go down well in the UK. Rip into us all you want for our shitty laws, but one thing that will get you in trouble for sure is being shitty to police. If that is physical assault, then rip you.

Iirc the charges range from assault (with/without intent) to actual & grievous bodily harm depending on the injuries sustained. If you assault an emergency service worker that's a separate offence, so you could probably get charged with multiple crimes at once for the assault alone :story:

oh and obviously the resisting arrest too, plus the fact they used a 'weapon' is an offense in, I believe, something along the lines of possession/use of an offensive weapon. This is the good ol' "loisence" law you guys probably know and love, in that pretty much anything can be labeled as an offensive weapon depending on the situation, so you end up with police confiscating weird shit like spatulas because someone was waving it about aggressively :story:

My point being that although many think we (UK) are a soft touch, and ever so polite most of the time, we wouldn't tolerate the likes of the yanivs particularly if they lived on our doorsteps. I've experienced folks being legally punished and moved on for far less.

"Assaulting a police officer doesn't go down well in the UK." rightfully so imo. UK bobbies and EMS/NHS are, in the main, held in high regard and that's how it should be. I've no time for folks who abuse the very people they expect/demand to help when needed. The yanivs think they have the right to do both.

So like I said they are lucky to be living somewhere where they have been tolerated for so long as I bet you a few quid even the sleepy town I live in wouldn't put up with their shit. They're chavs to the core.
