I recently (many pages ago now) wrote a post about this exact thing happening. Having witnessed an alt account go from many likes (all boogie tweets) to no likes in front of my eyes, I believe you.
It is like bluffing in poker. Highly risky manoeuvre which can backfire bigly. Many such cases!

I don't know if any of you give a fuck but I was bored and decided to fuck with boogie on his Ras48 twitter. He rage at me and it was pretty funny.
He then starts making obviously fake tweets of mine, calls me a little kid, and then blocks me.
A few more tweets from today. He unblocked me just to cry some more.
Yeah no shit this is boogie. This was like the definition of "Narcissism-Retardation" for me.

I'm convinced that "Ras48" is Boogie. Based off what @Jack Q. LOLMen posted up above, it's clear that the account only exists to defend Boogie and condemn Frank. Ras' Reddit account does the same as well.
EDIT: He says on Reddit that he hasn't watched Boogie in a long time, then why dedicate a Reddit account and two Twitter accounts to talking shit about Frank and defend Boogie?
It's pretty clear that Boogie absolutely despises Frank based off his Twitter likes and how much he talked about him post-shooting:

Boogie has no idea how lucky he really is that Kiwi farms is an archiving and LOL milk farm instead of an organized troll army. Unlike DSP and WingsofRedemption , Boogie has no organized troll army dedicated to actually harassing him.

It's never a good idea to bluff with a gun. It is actually necessary for optimal strategy to bluff in poker and even to get caught from time to time. The perverse psychology of poker players is such that they'll call you more often than they should because they'd rather pay you off than be "fooled" when you have a real hand. People also place an inordinate weight on such memories, so you don't even really have to bluff all that often to get a reputation as someone who does it.
The only reputation you get as a guy who fires "warning shots" is as a guy who is facing felony charges of criminal retardation.
If that sound does not intimidate someone you are generally in real danger and the next step should be firing.

It's easy to find dozens of online articles and videos seriously discussing self-defense. If Boogie knew anything about "American gun culture" he would have known not to fire a warning shot.
I can't say where Boogie got his knowledge on how self-defense works. Offhand I'd guess he saw warning shots in movies and thought it was a real thing. It's also very possible he saw some deceptive news coverage of court cases involving self-defense and took it seriously.
Pure speculation on my part:
I don't see Boogie doing time over this. His police record appears to be clean and there was provocation. Not enough to justify what he did, but it's not like he travelled across state lines to pick a fight with someone.
However, I could imagine a suspended sentence, with the condition he make videos where he explains what he did wrong, what he should have done (stay inside and call the police) and release them after having them reviewed by the police.

The more impulsive he is with his replies, the more childlike and less rational he becomes, thats why at the end he just abruptly stops and blocks you on his real channel too. His shit talking sounds like some 2007 Call Of Duty verbiage you would hear from a 10yo. The amount of effort Boogie puts into being fake is depressing though, like yea its hilarious and entertaining, but pat of this is all just so sad. It's easy to tell when he's seething because he bounced back and forth between trying to insult you, pretending to not understand what you're talking about, then totally understanding what point your making while trying to convince you its not him. He's sooooooooooooo bad at trolling.

I'm not sure if I would call SamAndToki a troll army. They were more of an activist group that wished to expose Boogie's many, many lies. Whereas folks like DSP are already known for being awful people. There's no need to expose them, people only antagonize them for fun.
The only way people might few them similar is how Boogie reacts to even simple criticism. His ego does not allow him to deal with it in a rational way. So he ends up emulating the behaviour of DSP. Which can then yes attract trolls only in it for the lulz.
If Boogie had simply apologized for past sins, reformed his behaviour, and ignored the actual trolls he'd had been fine. There would not have been a decline in his brand. But Boogie isn't the one to grow mentally. He's still an immature petty child.
