Well, I imagine they responded the only way they could without breaking the law - some data they don't have, some they can't disclose to a third party.

Don't know how big company that is but can you imagine the amount of space (physical and disk space) and processing power it would take to record and archive everything every individual user does 24/7? And to what end? ISPs usually sell you Internet access and not much more so they can't really use that data for marketing purposes.
The most goodwill response I could imagine would be sending a copy of the contract. All information and conditions should be there.

They could rent cheap virtual cloud from Amazon. Twitter does it, and it runs well while maintaining all of its user's posts.
They could sell it to google to use. Sure, that's illegal, but they might not care. Or they do care, and they don't keep it like they say.

Why would google pay for something they collect in great abundance by themselves?
Some stuff is recorded for sure but usually only the stuff they are legally required to keep. Mostly to identify specific user if they do something they shouldn't be doing (cp, terrorism).
It's rather delicate stuff and you can't be too careful about making sure if a person can access specific data.

I would imagine google knows more. ISP can't eavesdrop on you, google probably can if you're on Android

They compress the files but almost all data can be traced. I researched it and found a US map of cities with tall buildings of nothing but regional servers.
Can't go back too far since devices have changed.
I had her get on the phone and request it. Windstream is still trying to mess with her.

Your ISP can analyze all unencrypted data from your PC. Similar to how Windows 10 is tracking everything you do on it if you're not encrypting everything. They both sell it to marketing companies as well.I would imagine google knows more. ISP can't eavesdrop on you, google probably can if you're on Android
