Pretty hard to use a "fake" Google Hangout as it's all tied to a Google account. That would have been one of your trolls that know you that you added. It would be rather easy to file a harassment complaint about the account with the police and they would get the information for that account as Google will happily give it over to them. Google keeps a lot of information about a person too so they wouldn't even need to go to an ISP with the IP information either. Device information, location information, cookies information, IP information, anything you watch on Youtube, ads of theirs you click on is all kept. They even scan all emails coming and going from a gmail account.
