I was reading some of the earlier threads back and people were suggesting I might be a super secret Boogie alt account. I assure you that could not be further from the truth.

Just a heads up, messaging Boogies sister will get you a temp ban or perma ban from the thread.
I messaged her which I can't post here but she stated she did not rape him and that his mother brain washed him into thinking that she did.

Anyways that aside I was temp banned for messaging her and in retaliation Boogie2988 used a picture of my girlfriend stolen off my Facebook photo album and made a fake twitter account with it.

Moral of the story is don't message boogies sister or any one, just continue to document his stupidity and laugh at him. He still has plenty of lols to milk although this video scares me.

He gets really emotionally excited when he talks about children. He is exaggerating of course about what people said about him based on his own words but still.

Either he is trying to shock his viewers for a cheap laugh or it really gets him excited

If Boogie takes this to trial and refuses any plea bargain, the only person who will benefit is his lawyer. Taking the L and pleading guilty to something is cheaper, faster, and gives better results for the overwhelming majority of people, especially when the act they're accused of is caught on video and their state of mind can be determined by internet broadcasts of them psychotically talking about how they'll enjoy killing the victim.
 
Spoiler: everyone pleads not guilty at the first hearing and the second and the third.

Eventually options will run out, the lawyer bills will be too high etc.

I hate to admit this guys but I know the legal system. let me preface it by saying that my felony has been expunged and I legally own 3 guns. 2 rifles and 1 handgun.

Sure some things have changed but there are several reasons why someone pleads not guilty or guilty.
If you are looking at time served get out of jail today if you plead guilty than you're me and ME was stupid at 18 years old. Especially if you were taking all of the blame despite being 50% of the at fault for the crime committed.

Ok now How does that apply to boogie. Boogie has no fear of staying in jail and taking a quick plea arrangement because he is out on bail and can just wait. Thing is the DA has video proof so it is likely that boogie will be appealing to a jury in accepting a lesser sentence than the DA wants, after all he has mitigating circumstances like being threatened and Frank Hassle showing up.

On the other hand by pleading not guilty there are District attorneys out there that will not play around. If boogie decides to plead not guilty and ask for a trial they will go for the biggest sentence they can get because its obvious he is guilty as he is on film shooing the gun.

Boogies lack of a record ( I did a background check on him ) means he will most likely not get jail time but instead receive supervised probation and a large fine. My felony back when I was 18 was theft by receiving and I received 3 years probation. Boogies is for the lowest felony involving a firearm, serious but not as serious as it would be for someone with prior felony's on their record.


What some DA will settle for. Some District attorneys are short sighted when it comes to punishment. They will allow the defendant to plead it down to a non felony in exchange for jail time. This insures the person learns their lesson, serves some jail time but does not end up with a record baring them from voting, owning a gun or traveling to Canada..
On the other hand they may not offer or go for allowing the defendant to plead the case down. While Boogie might not receive jail time he will have a stain on his record. A felon.


I can tell you from personal experience that having a felony on your record for boogie will be a very long term shit mark that will have him freshly marked for LOLs for a very long time.

Cost me 1700 dollars for the court cost and attorney just to have it expunged. Boogie will have to do same thing if he does not pleaded it down.

My best guess based on what I know personally of the legal system is the DA offered boogie a deal but it did not involve reducing the charge from a felony to a misdemeanor.

Boogie in his pride and knowing this does not want to settle because he sees the bigger picture and is not faced with Plead guilty to a felony and get out of jail today OR sit in jail for two weeks for a court trial.

Boogie can afford to post bail and wait but his mistake is in thinking that the DA will somehow magically agree to lower the charge because has video proof of boogies guilt.


Oh and yea I was stupid at 18 but at least I learned my lesson.
 
I can't believe I'm saying this, but to be fair to The Boogster he likely knows very little about the legal process given how uneducated (and uninterested in anything that isn't his own fat fuck-self) he's shown himself to be.

Unless things are radically different in Arkansas, most every defendant will plead "not guilty" at their appearance, but that doesn't mean the case will ever get to trial even if the court ends up setting a date. In the interim, both counsel will likely be looking to negotiate a plea bargain. This will typically include a proposal for a lesser sentence, to which the court is not obliged to acquiesce.

To my untrained eyes it would seem as though all the criteria for the aggravated assault felony are met based on footage from the incident, so I would think that Boogie's lawyer will probably advise him to take whatever deal the prosecution offers. However, there might be other ways for the case to be dismissed before then and also I'm dumb so don't quote me on any of this.

On April 5th, I posted about an obvious Boogie alt, @Clair19768193 (link to post here). Before I go any further for those new in the thread, I want to clarify that Clair and @nocturnalwalrus are not like the newest "alts" which have been popping up, acting erratically, and as of now remain unconfirmed to be Boogie. Both of these accounts are two of Boogie's actual sock puppets and there's no doubt about it. If you missed them, refer to this post which is basically a compendium collecting solid info on these select few alts among several others.

Well, under mounting pressure upon his return to Twitter and being overwhelmed with accusations of using alt accounts, it appears that Boogie has now overplayed his hand. In what I can only imagine is a move he thinks owns the haters, he sent out the second regular Tweet today on the @nocturnalwalrus account (the 101 others are all replies sucking his dick and calling KiwiFarms users losers).

@nocturnalwalrus has now changed their display name to "Clair 2 Electric Boogieloo" and the incredibly over-edited photo that was uploaded today looks identical to Clair's profile picture. Upon checking, Clair has now deleted the account, but it was Tweeting and active well into mid April which overlapped with @nocturnalwalrus where the two accounts were both active at the same time. I think the stress is definitely getting to Boogie. You're really bad at this, man.

While there's no reverse image results, the trashiness of these photos leads me to believe it could be as simple as a local user on Seeking Arrangements that Boogie's gone out of his way to edit to hell so they don't turn up results on Google. That's just a hunch however, it could be some random from Snapchat, FB or who knows where else and just highly edited. No woman edits photos that much and that poorly just like no woman dedicates their life to worshipping Boogie2988 and fiercely defending him from critics.

Here's two clips of Boogie recapping the Frank incident. In the first clip he claims to have already spent $20,000 on his lawyer. There's another clip where he says he's spent "tens of thousands of dollars" and imo $20k wouldn't be all that surprising. Also lmao at "..I'm the victim twice, ah well". I like how while Boogie's recapping the event in the second clip he takes on this tough man approach and pretends like nobody saw how pathetic he looked/sounded in the actual video.

Can we stop for a second to appreciate that his Seeking profile lists his annual income as 250k and net worth as 500k. If he is reporting honestly, he has somehow in a lifetime accumulated a net worth that is only double his annual income. This is for a person who purportedly earns 250k in a state where the average income is 25k. So somehow in spite of earning 10 times the state average he saves jack shit.

I learned my lesson for messaging boogies sister asking her if she molested him . Even though she messaged me back boogie got angry and used a picture of my girlfriend off my Facebook page. When I confronted him on twitter he blocked me. Later tonight I received an email saying that because I messaged his sister he was going to F*** my girlfriend. I can't imagine it being anyone but him unless its on of his fans from Facebook. Some of the old crew are friends with him on Facebook, top donators or people who subed to his patreon

I used to be a fan back before his divorce and donated money to him until I asked if the stuff on reddit was true. He blocked me, banned me from his subreddit. When Sam and Tolki was shut down I heard about kiwifarms. I know he is angry about messaging his sister. I won't be doing that ever again.
