Yeah Vaush is doing the stream now. Already an hour in and he's raised $45,000 for the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund. It's a 24 hour stream so 23 hours more to go at the time of this post.


Pretty impressive not going to lie. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestine_Children%27s_Relief_Fund Seems like a good cause. Mostly just getting Children in Warzones (mostly Palestine) in the Middle East proper health care for those injured or have illnesses caused by the situation in their area. If Fat Ian could raise $100,000+ for children's medical costs that'd be pretty nice of him ngl.

You know, it's an interesting idea. He has said before he would under any circumstances accept aid or stand with "nazis" on anything. I largely agree with @Don.Apple's analysis. It's better to take it on the chin briefly than to drag out a bout he could potentially lose badly. However I don't think Vaush has a long shelf life. He just seems too fundamentally volatile and weird. I think maybe some of the disagreement comes from people conflating vaush's inherent longevity (or lack thereof) with whether this in particular was a wise decision to extend it.

Speaking of which. Vaush just raised over $100,000 already which damn. That's impressive on it's own for only 5 hours of streaming. Though when its brown kids being bombed these people are willing to give that money out like nothing. However when its people suffering in their own country, they're too busy buying fursuits and tranny pills and weed.

Also just a note but lets say at the end of Vaush's 24 Hour Stream he gets $200,000 in donations. While that money would do good if it is being used for children's medical care. Let us not forget that if Vaush donates in his name, he gets a nice tax write off and gets more personal spending money for himself. So this charity stream is going to help more than injured and sick brown kids. It's also going to help Fat Ian get a $200k+ tax write off.

not only that but it helps his partner youtube (or twitch) so it just helps his stream in general -- it also helps if the media writes about it (which is why i am surprised the 100k number was reached in 5 hours, and wouldn't be surprised if he's fudging it lol). didn't chapotraphouse tape 24 hours to reach 100k? and they have a way bigger audience... doesn't seem right

Yeah now that you mention it, it really is weird he'd reach such a number in such a quick time. He's only had 6,000 viewers for this stream too. Which is really low. Yet he's getting lots of money non-stop. Could just be a coincidence here but I wouldn't be shocked if somehow this is Vaush fudging the numbers for more clout and recognition as well as a way to get tax write offs since he's been complaining about really only having $50k a year in spending money and how he only has a short time until the Vaush channel and Breadtube becomes irrelevant and he wants to be able to retire at 30. I'm not even joking by the way, I saw this on stream 2 days ago.

It also makes sense because the tax writeoff would be bigger if he fudged the numbers but I don't know. The chapo stream was being promoted all day on twitter as well (I don't follow them and yet I saw multiple viral tweets about it, haven't seen any about vaush other than this thread). It just seems a little suspect and it would make sense -- also cows like Vaush do tend to end up being tax evaders (see: Peter Coffin, Onision)

Yeah I deleted the post after I found it. Yeah I looked into it further, specifically looking into their links to Hamas. From the looks of it. PCRF had some suspect links to "Holy Land Foundation" that 100% was a Hamas front group. However the link just about ends there. Not saying it isn't possible. Hamas has a history of setting up phony charities to trick dumbshit leftists into giving them money. Similar to during the 1970s the Provisional Irish Republican Army setting up bogus Irish Relief Charities in cities like Boston to trick retarded plastic paddies into giving them money. Terrorist groups do this shit all the time. So very well Vaush could be giving $200k to Hamas. Which would be the most principled thing he's ever done in his life. I would die happy if this $200k (or probably more by the time he ends his 24 hour charity stream) actually goes to Hamas and Vaush has to go into full cope mode over it. The fallout of it all would be amazing too. Oh from this source, a Al-Qassam Rocket (The Rockets that Hamas fires at Israel) cost $300 to $500 to make per missile. So lets say for sake of probably. At the end of this 24 hour stream, Vaush gets $200,000 in Donations. Lets also say that this Palestinian Charity is indeed another front group for Hamas. That means Vaush's paypigs for the more expensive rockets of $500 will be buying Hamas around 400 new rockets. Seeing as the success rate of Israel's Iron Dome is 80%+, that means that 80 rockets will hit Israeli Targets.

If this situation actually 100% plays out as stated, God damn would this be the funniest fuck up in Vaush's career.
