What a fucking bullshit story. I have a seriously hard time believing cops would have shown up, arrested and booked someone for being one month late not returning a rented videogame. Boogie has no real stories to tell. He's spent majority of his adult life online so he overcompensates with these ridiculous stories that have allegedly happened to him.

He especially overcompensates with his sex stories. We're apparently meant to believe that he's been in scenarios where he's fucked women in front of other men.

He's meant to be taking a "social media break" at the moment and he's still liking tweets, deleting tweets and unfollowing people:

It's fucking weird watching him just make total bullshit up on the fly, down to the exact name of the game, down to extraneous details about what the judge said and fictional redneck cops who somehow knew his police record before they pulled him over, not to mention how easy it would be to find this information if it did hit his record and how obviously it could be deboonked? Wtf is this fat retard doing?

"I was urged to speak on this". It looks like Boogie's been spending a lot of his time trying to get others to speak out in a supportive way about him. Also, likely on his alts as well with that hilarious attempt to get H3 to say something. Funny thing about that is Ethan's been completely ignoring Boogie as far as I can tell, even though Boogie injected himself into Ethan v Keemstar as a submissive beta who was bullied by Keemstar to try and give Ethan ammo.

It really shows how much his YouTube network has crumbled to see him scraping barrel-bottom like this. Even Frank's joke petition has spread much more virally than Boogie's "I'll be back, love ya!" posts. Too many burned bridges, and a lack of talent caught up with him, I think.
 
It's really funny to see all of these YouTube losers and other miscellaneous ecelebs rush to defend Boogie. They don't give a shit about Boogie, they're just scared and outraged at the idea that the common person could fuck with them and they couldn't do anything about it.

I mean, he was threatening even if he wasn't making explicit threats. But it was clearly trolling, as could be gathered by looking at any of his previous works. The guy's career is literally built upon being a giant man doing retarded (but quite importantly non-violent) things in order to provoke extreme reactions from people.
 
If boogie gets jail time it will be the funniest thing all year. The sad thing is though he will be even more sufferable after the few weeks he is sentenced.

He will think he's a political prisoner or Nelson Mandela.
 
By the way, law details or not, "No duty to retreat" for the state means, you can shoot a dangerous home invader who might kill you without leaving your house to call the cops. For the state it is NOT "a man is being annoying on my lawn because of an internet spat, so I can just aim a gun at him (aggravated assault) and threaten to murder him".

He might not get a sentence, but imo he will not get a single possible W from law finnesse.

I think the only way he gets a sentence, or at least a significant one, is if the prosecutor has to watch so much video of this fuckwad that he develops an A-Log level hatred of him.
