Jerusalem, Ashkelon and Gaza (CNN)The worst violence in years between Israelis and Palestinians showed no signs of letting up Wednesday, as continued Israeli airstrikes and Hamas rocket fire prompted the United Nations to warn the conflict could mushroom into "full-scale war."
Israel's bombing campaign in Gaza has now killed at least 67 people, including 17 children, and injured more than 388 more, according to the Gaza-based Palestinian health ministry. Israel says at least 15 of the dead were Hamas militants.
"Stop the fire immediately. We're escalating towards a full-scale war," tweeted UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Tor Wennesland. "The cost of war in Gaza is devastating & is being paid by ordinary people. UN is working w/ all sides to restore calm. Stop the violence now."

Militants in Gaza have fired more than 1,000 rockets into Israel since the latest flareup began Monday afternoon, injuring more than 200 Israeli civilians, the Israeli military said Wednesday. A six-year-old boy became the seventh Israeli fatality when a rocket fired from Gaza struck a residential building in Sderot, according to an emergency responder. Around 130 rockets hit Tel Aviv last night, forcing Israel's main international airport, Ben Gurion to close.

This is going to become annoying because the "free Palestine" bullshit is going to ratchet up again, and it finally went out of vogue.

I have my problems with Isreal but the inbred jihadists surrounding them deserve all the misery they bring on themselves.
 
I was going to type something hateful but that won't be productive and will only lead to more of this sensless violence. So on top of COVID lockdowns and my entire family being vaccinated agaisnt the coof (do it at your peril) I have to worry about my family that lives in Israel. Fuck clown world I want to get off.
 
I'm about as likely to believe in karma or any similar thing as I am to believe that Rajesh Kumarhamajumalu is actually calling from the social security administration but let's assume karma exists for a second. The absolute best reward for how shitty the last year or so in a karmic-esque system would be seeing Israel and Palestine both wipe eachother off the map.

Sure america might go to war for Israel. But what other rival super power will go to war on behalf of Palestine? Maybe it triggers a regional conflict but I doubt China or Russia will start WW3 over Gaza or the West Bank.

Also Palestine is 85% Sunni muslim which means the Shia government in Iran literally has no reason to get involved. And most Middle Eastern Sunni nations like the Saudis are friendly with America so I don't see who else will get involved.

Taiwan is a much better contender for a WW3 powderkeg anyway.

It might not happen, but I see no reason to assume this could not spiral into WW3 or some kind of global conflict, it absolutely could.

In my opinion, I picture WW3 as not being a war between nations but what could be closer described as a "global civil war", if Israel and Palestine really do decide to end the conflict for good it'll set a tone all across the world that it's time to settle some scores.

It'll be blacks versus whites or left vs right in the US, it'll be Europeans vs Muslims and Africans in Europe, picture the Arab spring ten years ago but happening all over the world, just one great big outpouring of violence like never before seen, the Arab spring was giving us a taste of the future.

Hell even Japan will probably split up into a neo sengoku era as people fight it out over which direction to take that country, I can picture a civil war in China as well after what happened in Hong Kong.

Mankind is at a cross roads like never before in our history, there are bad elements all across the world that will cause our ruination if not stopped, it's high time we just get it over with slug it out in Minecraft to decide the fate of our species.
