I don't know precisely what 'adjudicated mentally ill' means in this context and I don't follow Boogie close enough to know if he's ever been dragged away to a looney bin. I don't know if Boogie has been formally diagnosed with any mental disorders or if he just self-diagnoses every single thing in the DSM like an edgy teenager. Unless I'm wrong on the lore, I doubt he fulfils the elements necessary to be banned from possessing a firearm.

Adjudicated Mentally Ill Generally requires the evaluation and affidavit of Three Physicians submitted before a judge. Typically it involves handing over or establishing Permanent Guardianship over a Mentally Ill relative and their personal affairs. One of the better known examples of this was Britney Spears, following her batshit insane breakdowns. A Judge granted Permanent Guardianship to her father. It's sort of the other end of the Involuntary Committal. You don't generally declare someone to be adjudicated as Mentally Ill to take away their guns. This is more the fallout from "if they are legitimately incapable of managing their own affairs, they probably should not have a Nine strapped to their hip." An elderly relative with Alzheimer's is another situation where you might see something like this used. If Dear Old Dad didn't setup certain plans and proxies prior to dementia setting in, such as some form of Power of Attorney for the relative least likely to rob him blind, then once his mind turns to mush you're going to have to get the doctors and a Judge involved to get his affairs in order. This is generally a viewed as a recommended time to take away Dad's shootin' irons. (Disturbingly "brain befuddled old man with a gun" is probably the biggest reason a lot of EMS started wearing vests. Finding "Great Granpaw" in his easy chair with a pistol in each hand and a loaded shotgun across his knees as he proclaims "I Ain't Goin'!" tends to upset the emergency services providers something fierce.)

This is the fate of any person who spends their life online and fucking forgets the outside world. Now we know Boogie will do what hes told and do what he does but in his small sphere he will always look like the victim and get his asspats. Even these thirsty ass content creators will swarm around this and do a "He didnt do nothing, its Franks fault!" but come on. Did Frank harass him, of course but did Boogie handle it like a normal adult, fuck no. None of these online people deal with real world shit normally, they think that they have the same pull as world known celebs and political leaders. They at least have actual clout and pull.

if Boogers was an actual man, and actually stood up for himself, he would have defended his property with a fist fight. Who cares if you lose? Someone shows up on your property calling you a bitch and you pull a gun? You deserve the weight of the law on that stupid decision.

He would have a lot more sympathy and support if he defended himself properly, and not like a bitch.
