I don't really give a shit about politics, because both parties are really the same.

That said, I would rather have Trump, who pulls no punches, than a career politician/liar.

Trump is a prick, but he his TRUE and HONEST about being a prick.

I doubt he will make it very far, but I hope he does. Could not get any worse than it has been for decades.

This is more or less why people support him, despite his otherwise apalling positions across the board. You're getting shit, but at least you know you're getting shit. Sad state of affairs.

I feel like Trump cares more about the attention than really helping anyone. Jumping on the birther wagon, wanting another country to stop their beneficial alternative energy program so his businesses have more quiet areas or wanting to copyright "you're fired", it's mainly about being the center of attention no matter how foolish he comes off. As fun as it would be to see SJW tears and laugh at the guy, I couldn't vote for him.

Trump isn't seriously running for President. He's set up very little campaign organization, fundraising (he hasn't donated much to his own campaign, either), polling, etc. This is an extension of The Apprentice for him.

The whole GOP field is a clown car of lunacy. Trump's no worse than any of the rest of them, and at least he has brand recognition. Ideally, I'd like to see him run as a third-party candidate, just to watch the GOP squirm.
