I don't know precisely what 'adjudicated mentally ill' means in this context and I don't follow Boogie close enough to know if he's ever been dragged away to a looney bin. I don't know if Boogie has been formally diagnosed with any mental disorders or if he just self-diagnoses every single thing in the DSM like an edgy teenager. Unless I'm wrong on the lore, I doubt he fulfils the elements necessary to be banned from possessing a firearm.

I'm no legal expert by any means but I'm pretty sure "adjudicated mentally ill" means you were legally declared as such, usually because you did something crazy and the court agrees you need mental help.
Basically admitting yourself to looney bin is fine but any amount of being compelled to will mean noguns.

I could be wrong but with that said I doubt Boogie has been adjudicated mentally ill but I don't keep up with him very much so perhaps before youtube he could have been or involuntarily committed. Apparently he's already not allowed to have guns but I don't know anything about it, just here for the current event lulz.

If he has a medical marijuana card and is a user of medical marijuana, as has been claimed here, he is prohibited by federal law from being in possession of a firearm, not that the feds will bother going after him over it. He could not purchase one unless he lied on the Form 4473. (He could probably bypass having to fill out the form by buying at a gun show. Owning the gun would still be illegal but he'd dodge the felony of lying on the form, which can get you five years in prison.)

Well, he was traveling just before he turned himself in. In typical Boogie fashion, he was caught in a friend's video eating a hotdog, an icecream and drinking regular Dr.Pepper and Gatorade.

A shame that his holiday was cut short. Was looking forward to seeing what else this addict would indulge in.

Will his court hearing be transcribed and publicly accessible? The idea of him crying about the haters, the reddits and the farms to a judge is a hilarious scenario that needs to be witnessed. This is potentially his biggest ever meltdown; he does not handle any sort of criticism and pressure well at all and I can see the potential for a full blown meltdown with high pitch Francis voice like the one he had on his boogie alt twitter page.

The closest I can find to him using medical marijuana are these tweets from 23 October 2020 of him thanking "medical mj" to ease his anxiety, after stating he tried edibles.

Still, no medical marijuana card itself shown or even mentioned; he could have even taken someone else's prescription. This is assuming that the tweets are credible to begin with, going by Boogie's track record with the truth.
