I have no experience with that round, heaviest subsonic I've ever shot was CCI at 40 grains, but just looking at it I'd think it would require a long barrel bolt action with tight gas seal to work well, a lever gun might also work, but a semi loses some of the firing gas to cycle the action and that loss of propellant gas is going to negatively affect the ballistics of the bullet.
So maybe try with a single shot bolt rifle, something with a 20" barrel or longer and see how that compares with that round.
Ive read 1 16 twist whatever that means for the ss agulias.

Dont worry about. They were one time run and dont sell them any more.

A 1:16 is the twist of the rifling in the barrel, which is pretty much the standard rifling pattern in .22s, you'll find that twist ratio in Anschutz, Henry, etc.
A "Match Grade" rifling pattern might be as 'fast' as a 1:7, Ruger for the 10/22 had one barrel option with a 1:9 pattern

All I heard is for the heavy aguila ss subsonic it needed a different twist ratio for it not to key hole.

Quick reading on my part has found that ammo likes a 'fast' 1:9 twist
""This "Fast Twist Subsonic" barrel features a 1:9 rifling twist to stabilize slower, subsonic . 22 ammo such as: Aguila 60gr SSS Super Sniper, CCI Green Tag, Wolf Match Extra, RWS Target, etc. Subsonic ammo shoots quieter because the velocity doesn't break the sound barrier.""

Yeah, sounds about right. The one gun I had okay results with was a semi auto with a 23" barrel and a 1 in 40mm twist rate (about 1:15 3/4). Guessing the barrel length helped overcome the slow twist rate. Tried it in a Chiappa Little Badger with its 1:8 twist rate and couldn't get a single good shot, short barrel killed it. Pistols were just as bad.

Things like twist are a bit advanced for me but thanks
You can generally find the twist rate listed when buying a barrel or rifle. 1:9 means the twist (rifling) does one full rotation per 9 inches of barrel (so lower number is faster spin). Too low a twist for ammo in question results in bad stability/accuracy/keyholing. Too high can literally spin the bullet to pieces in flight.

There was a video that I can't find now of a guy shooting frangible .223 (45gr or less) out of a 1:7 AR-15 and you can see the bullets explode midair on camera when they're like 20 feet past the muzzle. I think the video's been deleted though. I last saw it years ago.

Well someone made this about Kyle Kenosha.

Also this is true.

From that article:

Allison Mathis, an attorney with the Harris County Public Defender’s Office who filed the pardon request, told commissioners this is “not a political issue.”
A hilarious and blatantly obvious lie in what has almost certainly been a storied career spewing abject falsehoods. She's a criminal defense lawyer, after all, and pissing on the basic concept of the truth is their bread and butter.

But I'm really wondering what the fucking point of this is It's not an exaggeration to say that Floyd is presented as a modern day saint. He had multiple funerals and was literally BURIED IN A GOLDEN CASKET:

Does this junkie piece of shit REALLY need some piddly cocaine charge pardoned? Why?

Nancy Pelosi is grateful that Saint Floyd gave his life for the cause.
