Boogie later went on to say that he was fearing for his life (and the lives of others) during the encounter. But that's not at all what he was saying in the weeks, days, and moments leading up to Frank actually showing up.

I don't think the DA would bring charges if there wasn't the possibility of a plea deal or a guilty verdict. Boogie claims he feared for is life, but he continued to engage Frank after the encounter. Most people in a real stalker situation would like to just pretend he doesn't exist, something Boogie didn't do.

I don't care how lenient the sentence is; I will get to call him a convicted felon and I will laugh at him, and that's all that matters.

I’m not American so I don’t know how all this works but if he avoids jail time would he still be recorded as a felon if it’s a plea down?

So what happens if he is recorded as felon is there where he would lose certain rights such as voting, gun ownership, even his weed card or does that stuff depend on the charge?

He would no longer be able to vote (not that he does) and his room mate would either need to get rid of the gun or move out. Boogie would no longer be legally able to reside in a residence with a firearm.

The thought of Booger getting arrested is hilarious, I doubt there will be any serious consequences, but :optimistic: for prison time. Maybe he'll actually lose some weight on prison food.

If he pleas down, it will likely be to a misdemeanor of some kind, and not a felony. In general, having a felony has serious repercussions, and one would avoid having a felony charge if at all possible.

How do you plea down to a misdemeanor when there is video of you brandishing and negligently discharging?

The plea will involve lack of jail time/fines/victims compensation fund/etc.

Forgive the powerlevel but Fayetteville isn't horribly far away, should I rat him out if I come across him by chance? Not that I expect him to be able to walk very far away from his house.

Pleaing down doesn't necessarily involve issues with the burden of proof on the part of the prosecution. Nearly all cases plead out, and it's largely not due to difficulties with the evidence. The real carrot of a plea deal to the state is to spare the time and expense of a trial they know they will win. Given that the type of felony Boogie is charged with is the most minor type of felony in the state of Arkansas, it would make sense that Boogie's attorney would negotiate a plea to a lesser included misdemeanor.

I wish we had footage of the arrest. I could only imagine the cops had to call for back up, and haul him into the swat van. Only because they couldn't fit him in the back of their squad car.
Police department records show they had to buy a police tractor trailer and then do an oversized load convoy on the way to the jail

I really hope his tweets, dms, and that scandalous keem interview make it to court. Make it known boogie is an obvious lying sack of shit. He literally made threats inviting frank to his house.

He's been active on twitter recently, so much for the exodus. He's not posting though, just liking comments. Mostly comments being critical of law enforcement.
