I find it funny how much he simplifies the situation. Frank Hassle is a sped who should have been shot for coming to his house but boogie completely leaves out the fact that he escalated things instead of being responsible and ignoring him. Another thing, how is the thing causing you regret not shooting Hassle and not the fact that you engaged in the first place? Did he forget that he was the one who willingly went on two streams with him, in the second of which he started daring Hassle to come to his house so boogie could shoot him. There are popper channels available to him that he could have used to diffuse the situation like a grown adult. It just has me completely baffles on where his priorities are. This mentality of "I should have shot him because he went and harassed other people"seems so fucking idiotic. You should have shot him because he came to your house without permission after harassing and threatening you online not because some other bullshit reason.

The way Boogie handled the situation afterwards killed any attempt I made to feel sorry for him. Even in the video it sounds like making Hassle turn away ( After pointing a gun at him, firing a shot and finally threatening to call the cops) was the biggest dopamine rush he's had in the last decade. For once in his life he had power over someone he hated, and boy was he happy about it. Even weeks later, he still talked talked about two faggots desperately trying to out-white trash eachother like he was fucking Batman regretting he didn't kill the Joker,

No matter how I look at it there were a bunch of different ways Boogie could've handled the situation from the start. That retarded warning shot only ended up happening because Boogie wanted to assert himself as the alpha wigger and intimidate Frank (and by extent his other cyber bullies), while still wanting people to see him as a wholesome youtuber who finally snapped under constant harassment. Few moments from Boogie's entire online presence represent him better than that whole call where he kept flip-flopping between "I have a very particular set of skills" and immediately blaming those outbursts on his mental health issues and saying he's terrified of Hassle.

Boogie is such a fucking dumbass, I mean come the fuck on, has he not got a lawyer already to tell him what to say?

There's every chance he will end up with a slap on the wrist, but why would you want to chance it?! Now he's making more exhibits for the prosecution to use to convince whoever presides over this case as to his mindset when he pulled the weapon!

I'm no lawyer, but what I do understand is that you shouldn't brandish a weapon at someone unless you intend to use it, and you shouldn't intend to use it unless you genuinely believe that serious harm was immediately coming your way or someone elses, and that using that weapon could prevent it.

Boogie at no time mentions in either of these videos that he fealt he was in immediate danger, he went outside and escalated the situation while he had a firearm and then brandished it. His explanation is that he had a "stalker" when really this was just harassment, and unfortunately for Boogie while that might be seen as a mitigation it's hardly a defence...
