I was actually thinking about this the other day and wondering if maybe it really was all bullshit. There's gonna be some 90 pound black guy in jail who will be all over Boogie's 450 pound blubbery ass.
 
For someone who has little experience in shooting guns, he's pretty adept at shooting himself in the foot. He makes Cheddar Bob look like a member of Navy Seals Team 6.

How hard is to not open the fucking door? Does Boogie think he's a bitch for not answering to the howls of Hassel? News Flash, he's been a little bitch his whole life. Now he's in legal hot water for trying to show those dirty damn trolls a thing or two for fucking with The Francis. What a fucking idiot, I can't believe I was a fan of his back in the early days.

I don't expect much out of this given his non-existent criminal record but this was the worst moment to ever chimp out. Should've chimped out on those fucking weights if he was feeling insecure about his masculinity or lack there of.

Your problem is your is that you're comparing things piecemeal.

A threat does not justify lethal force.
Brandishing a weapon does not justify lethal force.
Trespassing does not justify lethal force.
A man threatening you, traveling several states over to confront you at your home, and brandishing a weapon is a very different scenario. (I know there is still some discrepancy on whether the guy made threats/brought a gun, but let's pretend he did for this argument. Otherwise there is little to debate.)

Depending on the state, all you need is reasonable fear for your life to justify lethal force. I'm pretty sure many jurors (especially in a castle doctrine state) would consider the above scenario a reason to fear for your life. And before you start bringing up other cases where someone was convicted of murder for shooting an armed robber or some shit, remember it is reasonable fear of your life TO A JURY. Castle doctrine cases vary a lot because the entire case hinges on whether the jury is convinced the shoot was reasonable. It is not like other cases where it's a question of did they do it/are they culpable/etc. It 100% revolves around the sympathies of the jurors, mileage will vary.

Most e-celebs get off so I imagine nothing will happen but a fine, maybe a misdemeanor. He might finally get another girl he doesn't have to pay for. A lot of women are into the jail bad boy thing, even if they are in jail for the stupidest reason. He could go all in on the edge bad boy persona he keeps flirting with since he can say he's been arrested. Maybe this will be a good thing.

Most celebs who get that treatment are attractive and well known amongst the populace. Boogie is neither. He may have had some fame amongst younger (under 30) people in the past, but at this point he's pretty washed up.

An exception if they're trying to beat your door down in most states, you are allowed to assume you are in danger. You don't have to wait and try to frisk the guy. Knocking on your door while being a dick doesn't count.
 
Boogie will do great in jail. He's prime smuggler material with those flaps.

the thought of boogie doing any kind of community service is hilarious, he’s never had to work a day in his life, I honestly think he would rather go to jail than do 60 days picking up litter off the street or whatever it is they make you do.

I thought this whole thing would give boogies channel a shot in the arm but no, his latest video is by far the worst he’s put up ever, Less than 5k views after 24 hours
