I think there is more of a chance of a jury member laughing in open court at the Frank's castle doctrine line than them believing it was a credible threat under the circumstances.

Ralph was in long enough that he lost weight and then got fatter than ever after getting out. Boogie would just have Chad put a bunch of money on his commissary and he'd buy as much shit there as possible. He'd still probably lose weight because he's such a fat fuck.
 
For everyone that keeps mentioning trespassing, it's not easy to get charged with it. At least where I am. Someone you don't like shows up, you ask them to leave. They refuse. Then you call the cops, the cops come and ask them to leave. If they leave, no crime. If they refuse or return after that is when they get arrested.

Boogie repeatedly said to Frank that you've threatened my life and told him to leave. I can't find the "take you inside and fuck you" line after the "warning shot," though. I thought it was earlier, but I couldn't hear it on a listen.

Maybe there should be a "Hassle Doctrine" that you're allowed to shoot Frank Hassle, though.

Okay, finally found a copy of high enough quality to hear it. Yes, it's after the warning shot, but right before he gets told the cops were called, and immediately leaves.

That might apply for normal circumstances, but considering the online shit flinging beforehand and the fact that he had to come from out of state, this is not normal circumstances.

Yeah and I think people on here lose sight of how cops/jury, made up of regular people with no internet drama/edgelord knowledge, are gonna perceive the two of them and their clash. I think regular people looking at them both for the first time are gonna find Hassle a far more frightening and dark figure than Boogie.

Inmates are provided Healthcare, Inmates with debilitating illnesses go to hospital ward. In same fashion for madhouses for criminally insane.

Granted if the judge is libshit, lives in Washington state, California or NYC you're out with a slap on a wrist. If Boogie was black he'd be out within hours.

As a side note, I bet someone like cuck enabler Nathan will pay his bail.

Would Hassle's immediate exit from Boogie's property the moment he was told the cops were called weigh in his favour in avoiding any misdemeanour?

I don't know, because you shouldn't have to call the cops when you tell someone to leave unequivocally, which he had done repeatedly. Just running away because the cops are on the way doesn't really seem mitigating to me.
