It seems mutts think that assrape and getting stabbed in prison is a part of the sentencing and even justice.

It's two things, really.

One, we like spectacle.

Two, it's one of those "grass is greener on the other side" situations. America already has the system that Europeans secretly dream of, in which people rot after receiving high sentences. But we're used to it; it doesn't get us excited, and we like to fantasize about getting a stronger fix.

Cleanly killing people is already an option here. The death penalty is currently available in 27 states, as well as on the federal level and in the military. The catch is, because the state doesn't want to do "barbaric shit", death row actually favours convicts, affording them a higher level of protection, scrutiny, and appeals, than any other sort of sentence (even life-in-prison). Due to all the legal oversight it entails, a "clean kill" winds up costing Mutt taxpayers a lot more money than a life sentence does, and can take decades to finish - decades in which the prisoner sits, miserable and helpless, tormented every day by the knowledge that he's doomed to die behind bars.

Really, the most humane outcome for everyone - Mutts, prisoners, and Boogie alike - would be if Boogie gets raped and shanked.
 
Honestly, I hope that he doesn't get any jail time. You know that the fat fuck would milk it for all it's worth on YouTube. A couple of months in jail wouldn't be fun for him, but the opportunity to make hundreds of videos about it would be the best thing that ever happened to Boogie.

I hope he gets community service and has to pick up trash from the highway or something. Not only would actual physical work be a harder punishment for him, he wouldn't be able to milk it nearly enough on YouTube afterwards.

I'd actually like to see Boogie as a Prisontuber! He could do videos on his favorite Prison Burrito recipes, or how to play Magic the Gathering with strips of toilet paper.
 
Very unlikely he will get jail time, if he does then it will be a slap on the wrist sentence. Boogie should of never fired a "warning shot." Either call the cops and don't answer the door, or if you brandish your weapon, unload, and hit your target. If anything he will be inconvenienced slightly from the charge and he will be sperging the fuck out on Twitter in a couple of days.

His metrics will reflect that he will become briefly relevant once more and that will be the outcome. If he has a record of mental illnesses, shouldn't he of be barred from being in possession of a deadly weapon in the first place? This is the perfect instance of why individuals like Boogie should be no where near a firearm. Super irresponsible to fire a loaded gun in the air like a fucking cowboy.

That's like some shit you see in the hood on New Year's in the hood if anything. He also did it while being filmed mind you, all he would of had to do in that situation was call the cops on the try hard troll, and the situation would of been reversed. Cowboy Booger literally put himself in legal shit for being a retard, and the troll won.

At this point he should of followed through with his promises on stream and unloaded the weapon Henderson style over a lost slap fight on his iPhone.
 
Well well well, its about time. I find it funny how he basically pushed all this shit aside so he could fuck around on the internet talking to his alts all day until it was too late. He sounds like he is being noble by turning himself in, but its well known hes not going anywhere and we were due for a shit show. I called it before that he was gonna freak out and go crazy and were just seeing the iceberg in the distance. Time for this sack of shit to sink, although he is gonna try his damnest to bargain and suck every dick he could so people could pity him so he could stay afloat. He wont get much if any jail time but itll be fun to see how he and his alts will deal with this.
 
It's a slam dunk prosecution and prosecutors love adding convictions to their stats, just don't get hyped up on jail time they really don't like paying for the medical needs of elderly and/or disabled people.

Now, I'm not a lawyer and I know jack shit about Arkansas law, but wouldn't arguing mental illness be more likely to get Boogie locked up, or at least have a chance of locked up for longer? Like, if you get "innocent because of mental illness" on a crime, it is to my understanding that you get institutionalized indefinitely until "recovery."

If he tries to use mental health as an excuse he will probably be made to go to mandatory therapy with a state appointed therapist. No more Better Help. I don’t see him going to jail but I definitely can picture him being forced to get actual therapy.
 
At least this will allow Boogie to flex his manipulative cry bully persona from the internet into the court. Its like his entire career was made for this.

I love boogies logic of "my lawyer collects all the rude things Frank does and send them to the DEA :smug: I can't get in trouble"

The context behind the shooting isn't very relevant because the fact of the matter is a gun was discharged in a residential area near a school and church. There's not many good reasons for that unless you killed to protect your own life (which boogie was well within his right to do). There are no warning shots. only negligent discharge of a loaded firearm.

Nah, he has to get something for the discharging of a firearm. I doubt any prison, just a fine and some trash collection. The fact that Frank was a rude dude doesn't change that, boggie should of shot frank right in the gopro if he wanted to be in the right. All boogie did was risk an innocent bystanders life.
