A brief little compilation of Boogie threatening Frank's life, happily inviting Frank to his house so he can shoot him, saying he'll take pleasure in killing him when Frank "touches a blade of grass", firing the illegal warning shot, calling Frank a pussy as he walks away, bragging about how "locked and loaded" he is, saying "I don't care if I die as long as you do", "you won't drive to my house because you're a pussy", etc.

Keem's video was pathetic btw. It's so easy to tell that on his phone call with Boogie, Steven kept asking him to "make sure you tell the internet to defend me". It couldn't have been more obvious, although it's hilarious that's where his priorities are right now (along with Tweeting support from his alt accounts). Sleep well, Boogs, enjoy the drive home!

According to this sentencing grid, while this charge can carry up to six years and a $10,000 fine, if he has a criminal history score of 1 or 2, it's more likely he gets less than a year in a "community correctional center," that is to say probably a county lockup at worst, or "alternative sanctions," probably meaning a fine and probation. They may want to make sure he's not allowed to own a gun, too, since he's shown he's too much of a fucking criminal idiot to be trusted with them.

My guess: no jail even if he's convicted of this count instead of pleading down to some weaker charge. If there is jail it will be less than a year, maybe just a month or something to let him know not to do dumb shit in the future.

This was from just a couple of weeks ago. Boogie saying he talked with his lawyer, that everything is fine, and that it's likely Frank Hassle who is fucked.

Just listen to Boogie's disgusting tone here when he talks about taking pleasure in killing Frank. That is how he is when he is angry and feels safe and/or in power.
I bet you that's how he sounded to Dez and Lucy Foxx when they didn't cater to his deranged needs.

The hilariously ironic thing is the most damning evidence against Boogie came from Keemstar's interview. Now he's saying "You better defend Boogie!" Keem is such a snake, remember how Frank said Keem was trying to get him set up on StoryFire? Keem loves to play both sides.

Boogie is lying here in the Drama alert video, boogie kept bringing up that Frank wanted to do him harm and Frank explicitly called him out on it in the video saying he didn't want to harm him.

Boogie is a manipulative liar, I can't stand him.
