Several years ago, Boogie admitted to knowing the combination to the safe where his roommate's gun is kept. This contradicts the story which he was telling everyone when he was "suicidal" in 2019 and when he pulled the gun on Frank in 2020:

While I think it's retarded to be prosecuted for a warning shot, it is even more retarded to openly show you are out of state and doing stuff on social media.

He could have fired a bazooka for what I care, the problem is still that he caused the whole thing for himself by being arrogant and asking for trouble in the first place.
If he ever gets to court, having things in social media where you "dare" people to go to your place and get shot, will not end up happily for him. Unless unironically Prison helps him lose weight and saving his life.

Of course I agree with you, just my main point is Boogie with his arrogance/ignorance making it a much worse for himself.

Shooting in the air in a residential neighborhood could easily kill randos. There is no such thing as a "warning shot." All that means is you knew you weren't in imminent danger and yet you were randomly shooting off a gun.

I know, I am just in general in favor of possibility of self defense and deterrence due to living in parts of the world where you can't do much to defend yourself.
That is my autism speaking mostly.

Of course Boogie should have known this, it's like driving a car without knowing the rules of the road. You need to apply for a license there for a pistol (as far as I know), so he better not just skipped it like the nutritional labels on the Mountain Dew bottles.
 
I swear any drama that occurs vito has to come in an comment on it. I don't know what frank meant but if boogie really let him post that picture... just wow. I don't know how I missed the fact that he gave permission to Frank in the convos.
