quickie for people who don't know or care much about the science, it's about triggering the SRY gene. that's basically it.
if the SRY gene is present and working, person becomes male. if it's missing or not working, person becomes female.
since XY usually has SRY and XX usually does not have SRY, they are sex characteristics (like "body hair"), not THE sex.
a person can also only have one fully functioning set of genitals and it's usually the larger one in intersex. 100% binary.

if he knows it's about development around the production of gametes (sperm and eggs) and is lying, he's an asshole.
but if he genuinely doesn't know what i learned in a youtube video, then he should not be a doctor.
why won't these people just admit that this is a moral feeling they have, and not "backed by science".

If you need or think you need more than words to take physical distance from you partner so regularly that you need train in self defense techniques you need leave that relationship immediately. Sure there is skill in rejecting your partner without making it too awkward and part of that can be none verbal stuff like body blocking, but it would be still just a form of communication not actual self defense. If your can't think anything else to stop making out but strong language or physically pushing people around, you aren't relationship material.

I've also thought that if you're going to troon out, you should use a unisex name just for this reason. I don't know how it works in most countries, but at least in my country, your birth certificate (on a second page) will list all previous names. You can't hide you're a troon, but at least it won't follow you if you de-troon.
