News4Jax reports that Wagner was suspended for ten days after she got into a heated argument with a female teacher she said made a snide comment about her outfit. “[The teacher] told me I was ‘letting them hang out for the whole world to see,’ as I was exiting the classroom,” Wagner said. “I went to the bathroom and I came back and I said, ‘You need to stop sexualizing 14-year-old girls.’ I grabbed my stuff and I removed myself from the situation.”

Following this, she went to the administrative office in hopes of contacting her parents, but school staff stopped her from doing so. "I don’t think it’s okay for her to talk to teachers that way,” her mother, Sarah Wagner, added. “But I understand why she was angry. She was basically sexually harassed by her teacher. … The teacher did apologize, she did understand what she did was wrong.”

Alice Wagner said that she believes she was “targetted” by her teacher because of her body. “Just because I have a little bit of breasts, I get targeted,” she said. Staff at the school alleged that her “undergarments” were visible in the outfit she wore, which she denied. Her teacher allegedly told her that she was “letting them hang out for the whole world to see.” The school itself has not publicly commented on the matter.

If you click through to Yahoo, the girl wears a mask. Not a hint of cleavage so I assume she changed before she did the interview.

I guess the claim is she was wearing an outfit that covered her face but not her tits?

I'm imagining a sexy nun outfit, but one that conveniently hides whether or not there's some kind of gag involved.

This exact story has been a monthly occurrence in America for at least 20 years, and it's only becoming more frequent as girls receive less parenting and more encouragement from the media to be "sex positive".
 
I can see why the teacher said something about it from a practical point of view, I'm sure there are boys in the class with her and that sort of outfit will distract them even though it is fairly tame by everyday out-and-about standards.

Back when i was that age in school, we all had to wear uniforms so a tight top or short skirt or whatever wasn't an issue.
 
Of course it was a female teacher. Women seem to think that they can police the cleavage of others. Big breasted woman, particularly those who also have a small waist, take this sort of shit all the time. The very same clothes a small chested person wears will be deemed pornographic on bigger boobs by the pearl clutching crowd.

It is body shaming of the worst kind. And they wonder why teenage girls are trooning out.

My school always had an issue if the girls were wearing thin strap tops and you could see bra straps underneath. Guys also couldn't wear super cut shirts that let their own bodies show through like cut off sleeves.

'Stop sexualizing young girls' ...Sweetie...why are you wearing a skirt? Attention. You want boys looking at you. Same thing with the little blonde streak in the hair. You thought it would make you look 'cute' ergo 'appealing' in some way. Don't play coy.

Seriously, there is a lot of issues that you won't be having if you force everybody to wear an uniform and same hair cuts/styles. Girls are all expected to wear one single ponytail, a braid, or a bun.

My best guess is it was regarding skirt length. My school had a sort of "rule of thumb" policy which was basically "if you stretch your arms down and your fingertips are lower than your skirt, it's probably not appropriate."

If this is enough for you to get anywhere near poisoning your body with the opposite sex's hormones and mutilating your body, you were never mentally well to begin with. Accounts of body shaming made in justification are excuses.

When I see girls who are this age with giant boobs (the otherwise non-fat ones at least) wearing something like this is, they let the sweater hang off their shoulders and you get bra and side boob exposed. The sweater is there so they can do exactly that. I ain’t mad about it but I know what she’s doing lol. I’m pretty sure what the teacher saw was worn in an entirely different manner.

They’ll also tie it around their waists to see how long they can get away with it.
