So you reckon these items of Anna's will be popping up in a charity shop sometime in the near future? Or is she keeping the pillowcase to cuddle like a husbando while her poor, falsely accused husband is in jail?

I'm confused though, TMZ is reporting the youngest victim was a 5 year old, but other sources say it's an 18 month old. If it is a 18 month old, and they refer to it as DD, there's no way it wasn't Daisy's Destruction.

Agree harvest their organs for people that actually deserve them, then throw their body into the ocean. Or work camps until they die would be excellent also. I cannot believe a judge made his wife the supervisor on his visits, that is so stupid, this bitch would do anything he says. I hope he gets atleast 30 yrs so his kids are adults and his hag wife in menopause.

as far as I know, he viewed the images from ages 5 to 10 and while he downloaded DD, he did not watch all of it. I think that file is in 3 parts and he did not watch all of it because one girl is killed on screen I think? Or maybe both. I do know the 18 month old did get returned to her family at least. The other two girls were murdered and at least one of their deaths was filmed and put into the file.

the creator of the file is in jail for life in the Philippines.

2 survived, one apparently was killed but I don't think on screen as it's just from the word of the girlfriend that she was murdered.

I hope not but the duggarsnark subreddit says one murder was on screen and that Josh didn’t view the part with the 18 month old. I know nothing about the file other than what people post about it because I have a weak stomach and do not wish to read the entire content of the video, but I am sure it is horrific.

How does the subreddit know what he did or didn’t watch?

I hope he said so himself, like it gets him anything.

it might have been mentioned at the bail hearing. A poster there who is a law student was invited and gave facts about it after the hearing was over. I am sure there is a way to determine what material had been viewed and what didn’t after his computers were seized. But since any amount of CSAM is illegal to download, that’s why he was arrested. Doesn’t matter if he viewed one image or a hundred, the act of downloading it is federally illegal.

it was also mentioned he viewed 2 mins of the vid.

I read the transcript of the hearing and Josh didn’t really talk at all during it, it wasn’t discussed what he did or didn’t view. Unless of course that was mentioned by the officer who described the evidence, the author did redact details of that.

e: oh i see. The two min must have been part of what they redacted. Who the fuck could even watch two MINUTES of that.

yeah, Special Agent Faulker was the one who talked about the contents but it was redacted, I’m guessing due to how disturbing it is. And the sick fuck is free right now, ugh. I hope Josh gets a long sentence.

The youngest victim Josh molested was his 5 year old sister. The youngest victim of child exploitation on the files he downloaded was 18 months, and all the victims were under 12.

Per what the law studed posted, there was nothing mentioned about what he did and didn't watch. I read the posts as they were being uploaded, so it was before the /duggarsnark mods editted it. There wasn't any mention of what he did and didn't watch, nor was there testimony about not watching the 18 month old, or turning it off when he saw it was snuff. They only specifics were what he did download and unzip (all of it), and that about 200 files were in allocated space, so he tried to delete them, but never deleted them from the hard drive. Whether or not he watched any or all of it probably makes no difference in the case.
