Some on this thread seem to attack all troons indiscriminately. I posted a tranny earlier who I would have no problem with if they were not using their trooning out to influence others and be some kind of inverse role model. My attitude towards transgenderism is basically the same as it is toward scientology-- a creepy cultural contagion that has taken over the lives of a lot of idiots, narcissists, and vulnerable people. You alternate between being angry at the ones in charge, laughing at the insane ones, and pitying the dumb ones that are clearly just being manipulated.

On a philosophical level I object to the idea of gender being a costume/fetish, but practically speaking if troons weren't mistreating other people (creeping on lesbians, grooming kids, cheating at sports) I probably wouldn't pay them much mind.

It seems to be a fair assumption that the majority of young people who are trans are TiFs, while most older trans people are TiMs. Young women are more easily manipulated into this movement I think, though obviously that's not always the case. The older transes are almost always male fetishists, the kind that abandon their wives and children to live out an AGP fantasy full-time.
