the real answer to this question is that their fantasy demands that they be treated as real women, by everyone, in every situation.
anything that differentiates between "trans women" and real women, no matter how small or niche or obscure, breaks their immersion in the fantasy, it reminds them that they are in fact not real women, and this makes them extremely mad. that's why absolutely everything has to be made to include trannies with real women, by any means necessary.

Because women having spaces for themselves where men can not intrude will trigger the Apocalypse, don't you know?
