It is genuinely confusing and disturbing to me how many lefty extremers are heavy into a worldview where America is the worst, literally a fascist hellhole, while all of their arguments are emotional appeals to the ref/state daddy. It’s as though they’ve psychologically internalized a kind of slave morality authoritarianism so much that they believe there’s an appeals court in the sky that controls the US government and you can just skip the rules you don’t like and appeal to Sky Dad.

Where in the world do they think people are more safe, more free, and more prosperous than in America? Why do they think so many people want to immigrate here? America has many problems, but I just hear these people bleat about fascism and feel astonished that they don’t even notice that their ability to talk shit and harass diners without getting disappeared is protected by the “fascist” system they hate and want to overthrow.

Am I crazy? I feel like I’m going crazy. I wish I could go back in time to the early 2000s. I guess my darkest fear is that the ignoramus cult that cries “fascism” because a man in uniform set a boundary are going to will actual fascism into existence, and there will turn out not be a magic sky daddy to protect the rights they foolishly took for granted. I hope I’m being crazy and this is going to cool back down.

The other day, I heard that Ben Franklin “a republic, if you can keep it” story, and it made me legitimately emotional. Are we a nation of retards? Why don’t we understand how rare and precious a stable democracy is?

Well simple answer..these same people play in the street and then get shocked when they are run over. These people don't understand consequences and deny any responsibility for their own problems. Take free college for example..What is 'more school' going to do for people that don't take Basic Education seriously? Are books flying off of Library shelves?

Instead 'free college' will be mostly 'remedial courses' because these idiots never paid attention.

Everything about it from denying the change of venue motion to not declaring a mistrial when the prosecution deliberately introduced evidence they were told not to, to the outside threats.
 
Lol Chauvin juror #52 lied during voir dire, said he had minimal knowledge of the case and could be impartial, meanwhile picture of him from August 2020 he got a big BLM St. Floyd shirt on and he has a BLM podcast.

Another juror has said they were afraid of riots and people showing up at their house.

I'll be very surprised if it matters but the verdict should be tossed and the case remanded back for a new trial.

But never give up hope that we will get our Chauvin trial riots. :optimistic:

What do you think the odds are of a successful appeal? I have it at 0% because of how blatant a show trial this is.
 
That Brandon Mitchell stuff is nuts. On August 28th 2020 there was a march in Washington D.C. called “Get Your Knee Off Our Necks” that was organized by National Action Network (which was founded by Al Sharpton). Speakers included George Floyd’s brother and sister, relatives of Breonna Taylor and Eric Gardner plus Jacob Blake’s father. If you look at pictures from the march you can see BLM gear and signage everywhere. It’s not just a handful of people. It’s almost everyone wearing and/or holding something BLM related. If he went to that march I cannot see how he can reasonably say he never attended a police brutality protest or march. Fuck, Get Your Knee Off Our Necks is a direct reference to police brutality and George Floyd specifically.

The march also took place the same day as the 1963 march on Washington so I’m guessing it will be hand waved away as him celebrating MLK or some shit.

they denied a mistrial based on a politicans blundering of the case. but this proves that the jury was tainted from the start. he might get a mistrial and i wonder if the government can be sued for failure to do so it theirs a million factors contributing to it. but in the end, it doesn't matter because they really want chauvin in jail.
the feds were inside the court house when he was being sentenced and if he got anything other then guilty, he would have been arrested. there seems to be a vested interest in keeping chauvin in captivity by the higher ups. probably for his tax crimes. and if im a betting man, he'll get max sentence for those.
the question is, if the judge declares a mistrial, will they immediately chimp out. or will they wait until after the 2nd verdict?

If my observations of every election cycle are accurate, the places that they think these things about all oddly happen to have a higher percentage of white people in them than the USA. Well, and there's also Wakanda.

0% for sure. Maxine Waters told people to basically intimidate neutrals into taking their side. By the way, that was more or less a message to the (neutral) jury that they better fall in line.

We've already discovered juror #52's identity. Imagine how quickly the courts and media would leak dissenting jurors' information, given that CNN doxed a minor (smirking MAGA hat kid).

The hilarious part which by the way is the insult used by a lot of westernized minorities against other minorities who try to assimilate, is the insult that you will never be white and you will always be this race "fill in the blank" and blah blah blah.
