To be fair, that would mean there's very few people in America who could actually qualify or could even aspire to be trad. The Amish, Orthodox Jews and other incestuous communities, that's it. America has very little in the way of tradition or culture, unless you want to pretend that dressing like you're from the sixties and leaving a steaming pie out on the window sill to cool is a deeply rooted American tradition.
You'd think that its just a given but in a society where the basic structure of the family has been eroded, getting married successfully is a 'traditional' relic of the past.

As I said before though, people are generally more than cemented in their ways and personalities in their mid 20's, definitely in their late 20's. She is starting her 30's now and people are still pretending like anyday now she is going to turn over this new leaf and become ultra conservative wife material.
