I didn't notice that Adam's apple, that's a dead giveaway.
I was thrown off by the use of the name "Lukey" as well as the forehead and eye area--there's no prominent brow ridge and the eyes are not deep-set like a typical man. Congrats to this dude for achieving a level of ambiguity most MTFs can only dream of.

Yeah. Some bio women do have visible adam's apples, often lean or super fit women without much fat, so just because an otherwise normal looking woman has a bit of an adam's apple doesn't mean she's a tranny. And some men with thick necks don't have a visible one.
Unlike what trannies want people to believe, women can have large heads, or big hands, or square chins, or a brow ridge, or broad shoulders, or be tall, and they're pretty obviously female. Because just one or two masculine feature don't take away from the entire female visual. Delusional trannies who think they can have literally all these features and still pass because "Angelina Jolie has a square jaw" are why r/transpassing is such a hilarious sub
