Crime Josh Duggar Arrested - 19 Years and Counting?

Josh Duggar is in custody in Arkansas federal law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The reality star was arrested Thursday by federal agents in Washington County, and he's being held in a detention center without bail.

We've obtained Duggar's mug shot, showing the former reality star posing with a bizarre smirk.

As we reported ... back in November 2019, Homeland Security agents were crawling around the car dealership where Duggar works in Arkansas, raiding his office in connection to a federal probe.

Josh's only current legal dispute, as far as we know, is a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud. It would appear his latest arrest is for something far more severe, though it's unclear exactly why he's been taken in.

Well he’s living with his wife and litter of kids in a warehouse on their property so...
(It’s like some weird metal prefab building they turned into a “guest house”)

He has like four daughters under the age of 12 in that guest house he’s living in so Ma and Pa Duggar are going to have to spring for a efficiency apartment or hut for him to shack up in until his trial.

The feds knowing the public profile of this family and the publicity what would result from his arrest must have an airtight case. They wouldn’t risk arresting him unless they had rock solid proof.
 
I'm not hopeful that he won't get bail, especially since I'm sure Jim Bob is throwing all the money and political ties he has at this shit. I'm sure he and michelle will extra serious pinkie promise to keep kids away from him but you know damn well they won't follow through. They're fundies who've been covering for his kiddie diddling adventures and allowing him around kids since he was 14.

That said I'm sure TLC will be washing their hands of the Duggars for good after this.

Also that's probably the roughest 33 I've seen since Lena Dunham, I guess molesting your little sister(s) ages you like rotten milk.

With his family connections and money I wont be surprised he gets a gravy Plea Deal of some description. A misdemeanor, a large fine and internet monitoring for few years.

God no. This is a federal charge, not local, Dad's connections aren't going to pull him out of this fire. He's probably going to try and get some pull, but federal prosecutors don't play games.

Unfortunately you're probably right. And his wife will probably stay with him too because fundies on that level of crazy straight up believe a woman getting a divorce is worse than a dude raping children.
 
Given the people involved is Homeland Security and ICAC, if he gets a bail at ALL will be a hell of a thing. They've been at this porker since 2019 and I'd put money on the sting at his workplace having been where he was sending/receiving the cheese pizza.

He ain't getting off that easily despite his cult family's supposed fame and pull.

Fundie family with 19 kids. Thankfully no. 20 was miscarried halfway through. But they went ahead and adopted a 20th anyway.

They are part of Quiverfull, a fundie organization dedicated to making as many babies as possible to act as soldiers for Jesus. They follow books like Train Up A Child, which advocate beating infants with sticks and allowing them to cry even when in distress.

Josh is the eldest son and had previously confessed to molesting several of his sisters. Nothing was really done about it and he received Christian "counseling" from a police officer who himself is a pedo. Pedophilia is rampant in the fundie community and it is swept under the rug a lot.

Dad Jim Bob Duggar should be looked into too. His insane control over his daughters is par for the fundie course. But if Josh is a pedo and started molesting his sisters when he was still a child himself he may have learned it from dear old dad. Jim Bob must be fuming that some of his daughters have cut their hair and started wearing pants as soon as they were married.

There are also rumors one of the sons (Josiah I think) is gay and was sent to Jesus Camp for conversion under the guise that he was doing mission work. They married him off right quick after his little sabbatical too. Jana is unmarried despite being very pretty and the eldest daughter. In fundie terms she'd be a spinster by now. She's over 30. Rumors abound she's a lesbian and has a female "friend". She's been seen wearing a ring too. But there's no engagement. Since she's the primary babysitter her parents probably don't want to rock the boat and lose their free child care.

Apparently she has a courtship going on now. But who knows. She may have just caved and downed the Kool Aid in one shot to keep the peace.

Statistically somebody's gotta be gay though. But they will probably be living a lie until the day they go to Jesus.

This pedo news is to the surprise of no one. Josh is a major creep who cheated and has a porn addiction. There's a lot of neices and nephews that I hope are questioned if the police actually do their job. This guy has access to so many kids just by virtue of being from a fundie family.

Not just statistically, but apparently, physiologically also.
The farther down in the birth order a male is, the more likely to be gay, some pretty good studies are indicating.
It has something to do with the pregnant women not being able to produce the "testosterone flood" that is necessary during gestation of a male fetus to lock in male gender norms.

Edit to clarify. The birth order of males only. If you are the fourth boy born, bad benoochy. If you are the fourth child born, but the first boy. A-okay,
