r/butchlesbians had a thread asking how they knew they were just butch and not trans men. The answers were enlightening and it was nice to see many women talk about getting out of the troon cult and realizing they were just gay butch women. I’m sure troons hated it though, since many were talking about how being female didn’t equal being feminine and stereotypes are all the troons care about.

I'm stammering rn... this is making me want to physically assault anyone I see who is a troon IRL and it's pretty difficult to piss me off that much without actually having done much towards me. My main worry is my younger sister (age gap is 10 years) who I really don't want to have succumb to this shit ever. That said I'm living in the most Conservative occupied part of the UK going by polling results, so there shouldn't be too much hassle aside from social media influence (TikThotz and co.) - oh well, if anything ever goes pear shaped I will be reminding dad of the fact a troon went out their fucking way to try to prove they were a real girl (failing hard) and kept writing in a way that lacked any form of "feminine" about it that time he confronted a certain person who fucked me and my community up with his emotional manipulation.

I know I powerlevel a lot but ehh, I dunno how to say things without using a lot of intricate detail and I don't really think I was trying to defend anyone there :P

There’s a surprisingly large number of MTFs getting orchiectomies. There was a 21 year old who got one chronicled in the surgery thread. Hard to come back from that.

still easy to go back to effortlessly passing as male. voice still deep, frame still male. wash out the pink hair dye, replace miniskirt and programming socks with jeans and tshirt, and you're good to go, basically indistinguishable from a regular man again.
if they got a neovag its gonna be tough though, it's gonna keep leaking pus and smelling bad and require dilation forever. but if its just orchiectomy we're talking about, that doesn't leave any serious complications beyond lack of libido and infertility.

with ftm though, that deepened T voice is never going back to sounding like a girl, and im pretty sure that T indueced facial hair will never stop growing again either.

yeah at best they get to "awkward teenage boy whose voice just began to crack" levels.
and that's where they'll be stuck forever even after detransition. those vocal cords are never going back to before, just like a mans voice never goes back to a young boys voice.
 
It’s going to be bad and nobody will care. There will be some chipper piece in the New York Times from some upper middle class woman with a husband who works at Goldman Sachs about her ‘detransition’, which meant letting her hair grow out and getting a tattoo coverup. 30 year old lesbians will giggle when they look through the baby name books for their kids — hey, there’s another stupid nature name someone we know used to go by! And those with damaged bodies will be left by the wayside, haunting laser hair removal and infertility clinics for decades to come. They will be told, should’ve taken some personal responsibility.

Dawkins' greatest sin is setting the tone for atheist discourse for the last 20 years. What none of his fanboys ever seemed to grasp is he earned the right to be a smug dick by also being clearly educated and articulate.

This mindset seems to have passed on to the troons (atheist-to-troon pipeline?) as they also like to talk with that massive air of USI.
