I could easily see that. I think he didn't want to cross one of the prosecution's strongest witnesses on a critical issue, but instead save that for some dunce.
lol he's asking about the lung guy's ability to evaluate his rate of breathing right now

"I would have no way of evaluating that"

"He calls for his mother, he says he loves people". What a very unbiased and genuinely spontaneous statement from a neutral witness.

Shame Nelson didn't correct her by saying that he was calling for his junkie dom girlfriend.

'He calls for his mother...'

Or that white bitch he used to take meth with whose pussy definitely stinks.

The fuck? Why are these retards so biased all the time.
Because of 2 reasons.

1, Mainstream media. As all of us have known since 2016, the mainstream media loves to feed into SJW's and Communist's delusions which not only can be seen in the death of George Floyd but also can be seen in cases like Breonna Taylor's death, dipshits at ABC, CNN, NBC, NPR, etc will push the lie that the cops who killed her were at the "wrong house" when in reality they were at the right house and another thing they will lie about is saying that the raid conducted at her apartment was a "no-knock warrant", if you did some digging into it you would have discovered that police did knock.

2. Politically biased. Almost every mainstream media service is biasedly left-wing, this is not only seen in Breonna Taylor's and George Floyd's death but is also seen with the winning of Donald Trump in the 2016 election where a lot of them pushed the bullshit Russiagate conspiracy theory and falsely claimed that Russia "stole" the 2016 election, another thing that the mainstream media will do it cover for Antifa and BLM and claim they are "fighting racism and fascism" when in reality they can be just as racist and fascist as Oswald Mosely's blackshirts and the KKK.

Reasonable doubt is nice but 12 people knowing if they don't convict this dude, their city gets burned down again may outweigh anything else.
Imagine being such a coward and letting intimidation decide justice just because teenagers going to bust up the downtown Starbucks.

If you sentence a man to imprisonment just because of being a pussy, hope you don't believe in an afterlife because if morality is anything like we know it, going to get bitch slapped by the divine for being that much of a faggot.

yeah, now that the "good" witnesses from yesterday are gone reddits back to seething and sneeding as usual

Looks like more Nelson Derangement Syndrome on full display from Reddit .
It seems like he's on point again after having a rough day yesterday.
He even brought up the hypothesis that Floyd shoved drugs up his ass again.

He's definitely used this witness for more minutes than the prosecution at this point (and the prosecution used mins to introduce her)

Not sure how good it is that the defense is using your witness longer than you are

Doesn’t her testimony discredit the testimony from yesterday regarding death from a lack of oxygen?
That's exactly what Nelson is going for. He's back on his game today. The fact that she's an old lady and being less boring with fewer lectures is pretty helpful for Nelson, regardless of the odd evasive answer here and there.

Despite what many movies and romantic trust fund writers will tell us, there has never been a time in American history where there was not open hostility between Blacks and Whites, manifesting as separation, media attacks, and outright violence. Furthermore, it seems that the only thing bringing them together is a common enemy, which is always short-lived
I mean, all that's changed is more races have been added, and Democrats are doing a pretty good job of keeping them united against the white man in the name of social justice, I mean, we got this trial and the #StopAsianHate thing happening a year when everything from 2020 that people hated was at its peak. All that's changed is some things are still open and vaccines are getting more readily available and Biden is POTUS .
I think that the Covid lockdowns and the riots were a massive shit-test on White America to see what it will put up with, and I think everyone failed.
Everyone has a breaking point. It's just a matter of what it is. I mean, after 1/6, all that's left for the anti government people is glowing.
Scenario B was made to remind people it's not worth going out to the cities to fight back, because no matter what you do you will be sluaghtered by the media.
It was the perfect storm for Feds to try and entrap people (which is illegal in other countries) into doing something to justify arresting them.
Only defend yourself if you absolutley have to, but don't go out of your way to go to downtown to try and defend it.
When you see murder-suicides happen when someone is forced in Kyle's position, that's when you'll know shit has hit the fan.

The ongoing theme is "why is he asking hypotheticals/""unrelated"" questions?"
They aren't thinking back to what spud doctor said yesterday; he's asking questions about what THAT dude said, not this woman.

Nelson got her to say that there is no safe level of methamphetamine to contradict the implications yesterday that Floyd's low level of meth didn't matter.
