The prosecution has a high hill to climb to prove that the Fentanyl didn't have any effect.

And again for the furrin kiwis, the defense doesn't have to prove shit. All they have to do is point out that Floyd popped a bunch of pills like Trump cramming Tic Tacs and he was dead 10 minutes later and if the jury thinks that sounds like an OD, they can't convict.
 
We're going to learn that Floyd didn't have 3x a lethal dose but only closer to 2x a lethal dose.

When you think about how good these witnesses have been for the prosecution today, it makes you wonder why they WASTED EVERYONE'S FUCKING TIME getting MMA dude and Fatty Firefighter on the stand for so long.

The prosecution already established Floyd was high when he entered Cup Foods, so I don't really see how this metabolite analysis dispels the possibility of an OD from those partially ingested pills...
 
I don't know why the defense is trying to portray George Floyd as some drug-addicted junkie. He's been drug free for almost 11 months now.

Are they really trying to prove that "because these people didn't OD, then it must mean GF couldn't have OD'd on a higher than the demonstrated average"? That's really fucking stupid.
 
Prosecution tries to make a point with that pie chart that a portion of people drive with levels of fent similar to Floyd and the witness says “yes it’s pretty amazing” lolllll

I've had this on in the background so I haven't been intently listening but I think they are trying to establish the unlikeliness of Fentanyl causing an OD. That would hurt the defense's case.
 
What is the point here? That some people are alive when tested when they're high on fentanyl? This means nothing, nigger had meth, weed, covid, a tumor that jacks up adrenaline, a shitty heart and bad lungs. And maybe other things that make going over the rainbow and straight into hell a given.
