Of course no one wants to have anything to do with trannies so I doubt they ever become common in top levels of esports, but in speed running no other human has to tolerate the troon so they are left to their own devices.
The real explanation for no women in top levels of gaming is the same as for chess. A person needs to achieve a sweet spot in testosterone, serotonin, autism, intelligence, reaction time and personality trait distributions, which is statistical impossibility for real women. There are of course infinite number of other factors, but hopefully I estimated the highest contributing ones.
