Holy shit, that's actually a better response than I was expecting. Much less upbeat, sure, but at least he's not letting some Twitter cancel vultures dick him down.
 
Everyone's been doing a good job of archiving shit but keep it up. The clowns throwing these investigations might try to delete everything now that they know a lawyer is involved.
 
Start a gofundme. If that nobody faggot vic can get some lawyer bucks then you certainly can. Don't spend your own money yeeting them in court.
 
If any YouTubers are watching this thread, Vinny did EXACTLY what you are supposed to do in this situation: GET A LAWYER. The only way to deal with sleezeballs like this is to lawyer up. Don't try to defend yourself on Twitter. All you need to do is deny and get a lawyer.
 
That stream hurt my heart honestly. (And I did tear up yes but I'm a big softie).
He sounded so defeated in the prerecorded part but when he spoke live for about a minute you could tell how upset he is. This shit is so damaging to people and I'm glad he's in contact with a lawyer. I hope the person(s) who put this all together feel like absolute shit and get taken down. The fact that he said "I don't know if I'll be able to stream for a while... and if I'm comfortable I'll be back" makes it sound like he's definitely reconsidering a lot. I hope that he can take this time to heal and figure everything out.

Honestly? It's about fucking time someone did this in response to these type of allegations. People think they can say whatever shit they want about people online without repercussion. That at the end of the day people will forget about things and they'll be no responsibility for making false or exaggerated claims that could potentially ruin someone's life.

Go get em' Vin. Make a stand and send a message that this shit has to stop.
 
Aw, hell. So Vinny's getting a lawyer to address what's going on, I see. He sounds pretty torn up, too. I wish him well and that he comes out of this with a clear conscience, and the ones trying to bring him down are taught a firm lesson in the process.
