The way she always has her eyes open far too wide, and the forced, tense, uncanny valley expressions remind me of a cartoon character. With the hair she especially makes me think of Herbie

Nady is not and has never been cute, attractive or good looking in any way. And sorry, she doesn't pass for a man or a twink.

Before all the shit she did to herself, she was somehow cute. What we've seen of her is her attempts to look the less girl as possible, hence, the unfit clothes, a haircut that doesn't go well with her face, etc. If she had accepted herself for what she really was, she could have looked like a low-discount version of Ginnifer Goodwin and be very ok. She cant' go back now.

I think the panicked bug eyes and rictus grin with gritted teeth trigger a visceral horror response that causes her to read "ugly." This is natural and good. But if Natalie had a cute bob and a totally different attitude and outlook and could chill the hell out, she'd be alright looking. Somewhere in a parallel universe Nady has an attractive petite doppelganger who just wants to drink fernet and smoke a joint and watch some foreign film with the dude she met at work. Still pretentious and annoying, but not irrevocably neurotic and missing major secondary sex characteristics and reeking of desperation and mental instability.

Laying the goblin meme to rest for a moment and trying to seriously think about it, it really is interesting. Mostly in the earlier pictures, she had a kind of appeal in the weird, quirky way that she could have worked with. Even that fucking chin wouldn't have been too big an issue, longer hair could make it stand out less. Those glasses are atrocious, and trying to look weird in every photo makes her literally look like a cockeyed retard.

Also she's a skinnyfat who dresses in baggy clothing like an awkward high school kid. Trim down a bit, get a little muscle tone, she'd look fine. She has decent hips, squats could solve her white girl ass problem, and frankly ass-men have never been so accepted in society so nobody would really care about her A cups. Especially not other women, if she truly is bisexual.

Instead she probably doesn't exercise and eats like shit, lopped her tits off, found the least flattering haircut, wears retard glasses, juts her chin out like a football player, crosses her eyes for every photo, and dresses like a faggot. I almost want to walk back that description because it's a little edgy, but it's like she's deliberately trying to transgress against norms by intentionally appearing badly. She actually looks mentally disabled, or like a pickup artist who's trying to get attention by peacocking in weird outfits.

Somehow cute in a "three drinks and she's the last decent looking woman in the bar" kind of cute. Even back then there was something off-putting about her and it has not gotten better with all the surgeries and hormones she's taken.

Didn't she quit fairly soon after starting because "afraid of needles"?

Still in general small amounts of testosterone don't affect fertility that much. Even those women that have taken enough to get beard and all that jazz have gotten pregnant after being off a while. Testosterone while not goid for fertility doesn't seem cause permanent infertility, especially if start taking after puberty and try get pregnant in few years from starting.
