i'm sure they'll find work with daily mail online. they live on scummy made up stories.
Not looking at what "the outside" sees is what got gawker into these messes. Craggs has shown himself to be a total douchebag to the outside.
I'm sure there is quite the circle jerk going on there.Just to be clear, I'm not defining "the outside" as people outside of Gawker, I mean outside of their north-east media circlejerk. They don't care about being employed by anyone outside of that circle so their opinions don't really matter. There's a post on Gawker right now called something like "Tommy Craggs is my friend" - go read the comments section and it's just page after page of writers and editors, some employed at Gawker, others not, just fawning over the dude. He'll land safely, assuming he hasn't already.

The autism squad loves sending email to advertisers, and advertisers listen. Adland has been using gawker as an example of how to make yourself radioactive. You're probably right about that, and even that this douche had a parachute planned already.
But where?
Anywhere that takes this guy should be nuked to the ground, and their advertisers destroyed. I hope whoever hires him is willing to take catastrophic damage, because a lot of people are motivated to deliver it and capable of doing it, too.

He seems panicked over how this affects the Hogan lawsuit.
But isn't the Daily Mail right-wing? These Gawker douches seem to be left-wing.i'm sure they'll find work with daily mail online. they live on scummy made up stories.

Trump's response was pretty epic, even if he is a silly caricature of a political candidate.
He's using it as advertising, the number plays a campaign ad. He might be a clown, but he's savvy as hell. I guess that's how he can manage to become a billionaire multiple times after going broke.
So it seems as though Gawker is begging for yet another lawsuit; they leaked Donald Trump's personal phone number. Even better, the article was written by Sam "Bring Back Bullying" Biddle.
Trump did exactly the same to Lindsey Graham just days ago.
There's no law against doxing, in most cases and for most dox.
Take their sports site (Deadspin), for example. Many of their stories start out with typical sports stuff but by the end of the text it devolves into the writer whining about the long lines at his local Chipotle.
As I said in the spoiler, though, two wrongs don't make a right.
