I don't know if I'd call that leftist per se. Economically left, sure, but "leftist" has a connotation of a corporatist woke golem who despises the working class these days. Even most far right people would agree with this meme for the most part.
I counted, and it would take changing exactly three words to turn this into an anti-left meme. Nothing is actually being said, and no argument is being levied, so it's almost literally a matter of changing "PARTY A IS BAD" into "PARTY B IS BAD". This describes almost all political humor.
Change "alllivesmatter" to "blacklivesmatter", change "police" to basically anything you want, and change "female" to "male", but again, you could really change it to anything at all.
I know, it's Matt Bors so pointing out how dumb this is is like making fun of an eight year old with Down Syndrome for not being able to do math, but this is the exact same thing as the previous one. Make the strawman into a black guy, make it so the Reasonable and Level-Headed Author Mouthpiece is criticizing BLM, change a couple words around, and there you go. It's the exact argument the right is making.

I've been to a number of these concrete block flats, and I can safely and confidently say some of them are worse than a bench.
The tankie commie dick-licker faggot responsible for the "le ebin own ecks dee" also doesn't know the historical context of these blocks, so I shouldn't even be mad.

I had a lefty boomer acquaintance on Facebook that used to post these religiously back in the late 00's (when I was still on it), along with Ted Rall comics. One thing that unites all boomers regardless of politics is a lack of self-awareness and extreme overconfidence in the rightness of their views.
