I think you're misunderstanding the three camps who push the "genitals don't matter" propaganda.

First camp is tween/teen/or adults mentally stuck at that age who have absolutely no sexual experience and have no idea what sex actually entails. They think of sex in manga/anime/movie terms where true love or lust just propels people into sex. These people are also more likely to identify as being asexual or aromantic because they aren't mature enough to realise that normal people aren't actually sex obsessed. These people are the only group that actually believes genitals don't matter because they have a distorted view of sex, attraction, and healthy relationships.

Second camp is just the Wokies ™ who just parrot the phrases for points knowing damn well that they're never going to have to participate in eating out a pus filled stinkditch or sucking on a necrotising corndog. They know genitals do matter but they know they are not the target of tranny incel rage. You may get a small proportion of these people date a tranny but it's for narcissistic social points - "Look at how brave and special and self sacrificing I am for dating a tranny" (Similar to mums who have tard babies, and people who boast about keeping pets alive despite debilitating painful health problems)

The third camp is the trannies themselves. And they also know genitals and sexuality matter because otherwise why would they target specific groups (lesbians or women - AGP, straight men - HSTS, gay men - fujoshi's etc).

So they're just lying rapists. AGPs want that narcissistic validation from being "a real woman" and know that they're only going to get that from forcing lesbians into relationships or sex. There's also a fetishism aspect from being cumbrained and watching too much porn. HSTS trannies hate the fact that they are gay men, which is why they fetishise straight men as their metric for "success". Same with fujoshis and gay men. They're also all power-tripping attention seeking narcissists and love having something to complain about and get a thrill from forcing people to do what they want.

The "I won't use my dick on you during sex. Have sex with me anyway you big meanie lesbian! I pinky promise I won't use my penis" was immediately recognised by all sane women as the lying sex pest tactic that it is seeing as they can't stop talking about their dicks. It's an attempt to wear down a boundary and once you're there, they will continue to wear down your boundaries ("just the tip! You big meanie! It's just like a sex toy! Why are you being a TERF?"). So you're either going to have to endure some nutcase wearing you down by harassment or they're going to just do it anyway and then deny they did it and accuse you of being a lying TERF.

So many trannies have been named as rapists and yet, nothing ever happens to them.

So on this, the things that make a good looking man are in no way the things that make a pretty woman. In fact the opposite is true. A man with a naturally small chin, dainty nose, round face and petite soft body is probably not the dude women chase after.

Couldn't we just sell placebo pills marketed as "natural HRT" or "HRT boosters"? I guarantee people would fall for it, they already believe HRT is magic. People believe and buy all kinds of crazy shit, and the supplement market in the U.S. is largely unregulated.
