All the caffeine, sugar, simple carbs. They must feel absolutely horrible all the time. Yeah, chocolate tastes good, but the feeling of satiety from complex carbs and proteins and stable blood sugar levels is so much better.

The worst thing is these foods are addictive and they'll just have to eat more to get the same hit. Especially with soda, kicking that was the best decision I ever made.

I wonder how many fat people there are who actually cook and eat their own meals. It seems like all these girls eat are take-out, packaged foods, and sodas. Actually cooking the food you eat is such a nice way to connect with the food and you'll eat a lot less. Plus it would be so much healthier.

At least the fatties aren't denying physics anymore "I just eat a salad and gain 10 pounds!" and are being open about it.

The second to last one (the troon(?)), the one in a dirty shirt making the coffee monstrosity, doesn't even have the sense to shake the ready whip can. Just drizzled liquidy cream all over it's chocolate milk and non-diary coffee creamer shake.
I noticed the last one showed lots of vegetables, but didn't show herself eating any.

I've been told by people irl that quitting sugary drinks was harder than quitting smoking. And the withdrawal was way worse.

You are not supposed to rally in support for people to harm themselves, but I don't think it is too much to expect people to understand that rape or other trauma can be devastating and lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Being empathetic toward someone and condoning their unhealthy behavior are two different things.

I see. It seems quite different indeed. Here, you'd be hard-pressed to find a fat fast food worker - I mean actually fat on the scale of the cows in this thread, not slightly overweight. And to be honest, I do think it's a better policy from a business PoV. Then again, obesity in France isn't as big of a problem as in the US.
