That sounds interesting though.

There's a good case to be made for people who are neurodivergent to be subject to the cycle of abuse and then end up developing their sexual interests during puberty with their special interest.
Of course not all zoophiles are autistic (as one might think but I could be wrong.)

There's probably something in the executive functions broken.

In the documentary that Metokur narrated, the zoophiles featured in it weren't verbally stunted at all, they had average speech aptitude. So maybe I'm off-base, but the way the zoophile podcasters talk about it sounds mentally stunted since they tend to describe a memory they have to prove a point, but never use their framing device to convey a point but just ramble on and on until another dip intervenes and starts blathering and spilling spaghetti.

I remember reading at some point that certain paraphilias such as pedophilia could potentially be caused by a metaphorical 'miswiring' in the brain that causes it to activate a sexual response to children rather than a nurturing response (honestly I feel like this explanation is complete bullshit given how most offenders have a sadistic streak a mile wide with their victims but I digress) and ultimately I feel like it's one of those things where even if/when we do know why people get this way, it'll be basically impossible to prevent.
Either way, OP and everyone who helped drag this sick puppy out deserves a fuckin round for their work, and hopefully, Toggle will dig his own grave sooner rather than later.

Spoiler: he's a rapist too and just lies to look like an innocent bystander who simply supports his husband and not like, an active accomplice. There's no way to be in a relationship with someone, know they do this, and not be equally as guilty of the same proclivities.

Toggle is a tubby dog fucker who has a fetish for attention and likes to "live life on the edge". He acts like he has 500 IQ and brags about being anonymous and deleting old accounts. Turns out bragging about your crimes in the open has repercussions. Good ol folks here and other areas of the internet have investigated and very fortunately figured out who he is, what he looks like, and his location.

He also made shitty music with his shitty band (THAT APPARENTLY KNEW THAT HE WAS AN ANIMAL FUCKER AND ACCEPTED HIM ANYWAY, UMMM.)

But that's where we are right now. Watch this fucker kill himself to get out of all this while surrounded by his Earthbound merch.
 
Exit Mouse sounded familiar, and I found out why.
Back in 2017/18 I'd visited Memphis for a concert and Exit Mouse was one of the recruitment fliers on the wall in the venue lobby. I don't remember what it said verbatim, but it was weird enough for me to remember the name when I saw it in the OP. Something about gay communism. I'm pretty sure I took a picture of the flyer to talk about it to a friend, though whatever phone number might be on it would probably be disconnected by now.
Edit-in-writing: Yeah, I found it. Looks like I didn't take enough of a picture to properly save the phone number, though. Here it is, anyway:

Looks like the number is (presumably 901 for a Memphian) 257-9653. No idea which of the band if any that number would even go to, though.

"Pet hair fucking everywhere" is evidently an issue among zoophiles- they usually keep a lintroller around to get rid of whatever fur might latch onto their groin/clothes while fucking around with Fido. I found this out while looking through Buck's zooforum accounts.
