Is it possible in 5 years that Phil will admit to his WWE addiction? I want to remain optimistic and think he will eventually confess. Perhaps Kat will leave and he can use his addiction for pity points. "Not my fault! Scopely tricked me. Now my wife is gone and I have to microwave my own dinner! Please tip!"

This is way too big in my opinion.

With Leanna there was some plausible deniability because breakups are tough and most people will try to save face during and after one. This fits with both Phil's version (they broke up in late 2016/early 2017 and she stayed for a few months for unclear reasons) and what we pieced together (she was probably unhappy but the hospital vlog is what drove her to leave). The other relevant feature both of these versions have is that they only involve events from about four to six months before he announced their breakup.

If he wanted to do that with Champions he'd somehow need to "come clean" without raising obvious and awkward questions about how long he's been playing - he'd essentially have to say "I played Champions and it became an addiction, but that doesn't make the Kiwi thread about me being addicted to WWE Champions right!". There are ways Phil could cover his tracks if he really wanted to come clean in a way that still made us look bad like using Kat's phone or a burner to create a new account, spending maybe $100 on it, then showing that off as "his" account (Phil I know you read this thread, don't steal my ideas!) but we'd outsmart him since we're just that good at autism :)

EDIT:

I know you're speaking in generalities, for the most part, but I think that $300 figure came from him. Which means the actual number would have been waaaay higher

My mistake, I think you are right and his own claim was $300 in gift cards and none of his own money. I'm not sure we ever did the math to figure out what all the extra cards he had were worth but I maintain that the idea of him spending even $1,000 total would have been dismissed as too silly even for him whenever he was playing Hearthstone.

One other thing to note is that his gambling problem appears to be limited to off-stream: When Overwatch released back in 2016, he did multiple streams where he bought lootboxes with IRL money. Lootboxes are very close to gambling, but unlike WWE Champions he stopped after a few weeks-months and never went back. I don't know if it's because it made his streams "not profitable" or because he kept getting bodied in that game but there's some really weird compartmentalization going on in his head.

Owning up to his addiction problems on stream means that the detractors were right all this time and he was lying to people all along, he would not want to perceive the trolls as winners in his own mind and he'd look like a complete fool infront of his viewers who were also denying him playing that game from the beginning and just thinking of it as some "stupid detractor circle meme".

I think he will take this down to the grave, unless he ends up financially destitute again and he decides to open up honestly about what happened behind the scenes (which probably won't ever happen anyway, since he only tells people very small snippets of his private life now).

I can't wait for the $150,000 tips goal so that he doesn't lose his house in the divorce.

I had to protect his family dood! Now that Kat that stupid bitch took my son Jasper and i have no visiting rights i don't need to hide my faults anymore. I erred for a moment and am a victim of these corporations and their addiction schemes. JasperIsMySonNow donated and says "It's your own fault for having no self control". NO! No it isnt its these companies that prey on people with their addictive algorythims. I AM A VICTIM DOOD! You cant go around blaming victims for this kind of stuff! *SNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORT* OKAAAAAAAY!

I dont think he will reveal it because then his fans will know he is splurging their money,
I'm sure some of his supporters would either continue to look the other way, or see it as supporting Phils streams in the first place, so it doesn't concern them what the Roach does with the money after, since it's not theirs at that point.

I'm expecting Phil will confess in the near future. He recently took the first step of just admitting WWE Champions exists. He'll realize soon enough that can definitely play up this addiction for pity, and that his reliable paypigs will still be retarded and give him money.

Well odd how so many "detractors" decided to nope the fuck away from DSP recently. Really activates the almonds.

I remember I had this thought the other day, and I forgot about adding it here. So during this pre-stream on August 3rd, 2017, DSP says that he cant afford to sink money into mobile games anymore. Listen to how he says it, and how convincing he's trying to be. My only question is, if this was the case DSP, and its not you on WWE Champions, and you quit sinking money into mobile games, like you say here, how did you go bankrupt? How was 6-8k per month (on average) for years not enough to pay your mortgage and bills? What the fuck were you spending your money on then? How did you have no assets during the bankruptcy, and you even admitted to not paying your CT khando for a while, as well as your CC payments (in 2019 and 2020).

If all "your money went to paying your god damn bills", why did you go bankrupt? When you say shit like "they cant prove it's me on Champions because I got my bankruptcy", then why cant you answer where all your money went, especially after blatantly saying "the days of me spending money on mobile games are no more!" You cant have it both ways. If you went bankrupt because you blew your money on mobile games, instead of paying your fucking bills, it makes sense (to us). It's extremely fucking stupid, but it at least makes sense. But if you weren't blowing it on mobile games, and you were (supposedly) paying your bills, why were you so far behind on your bills? It doesn't make sense. It's extremely fucking stupid, and it DOESN'T make sense..

There is no logical way Phil could admit blowing a lot of money on WWE Champions (enough to use it as a begging point) and ALSO say we were wrong about his addiction....but he did that with the foreclosure and the bankruptcy. He'll find the one time that someone here said he spent $100,000 a year and just repeatedly use that number to "prove" we were wrong, even if it's "only" $40,000 or $20,000 a year.

Logic doesn't play a part in Phil's thinking.

Been thinking a bit about the "can't show my phone" argument seeing as how he's getting tangled up in Twitter bitching at people for mocking him. Kiwis already have his phone, home address, the neighbors, etc. what really else is there that could be on a cellphone that would give someone a greater chance to fuck with the pig than that? The fact he and his wife can move about Renton unaccosted should be more than enough evidence he can't and won't be harmed more than he already has been in his day to day life. I know the account is his, so this is just pointless speculation of an already weak debunk of his spending, but it's more for the piggy on his day off to read and see how thin his arguments are.

Not to beat on a dead subaru runaway horse, but he can't show his phone because he's Rafters. He's also preemptively fucked up by saying he hasn't changed his phone number and fiddling with his phone on stream so we could confirm it's the same he's had for years. Even if he was to get a burner, or Kat's phone, or somehow make a friend and convince them to lend him their phone to do this little song and dance where he shows a thoroughly un-whaled account on champions, that would just the 9001st smoking gun to add to our world-famous pile of smoking guns.

It's as you said. Phil's excuse to deboonk you was that he might accidentally show something we could use to hurt him. I guess the implication is that he still whales on other games with a new name. Because otherwise, if anyone wants to hurt him, they really got all they could possibly need. Truth of the matter is Phil just doesn't get fucked with. He doesn't get so much as a pizza sent to his place, or a hooker, or a lit bag of dog poo on his door.

Not to mention Caveman Phil is floating the idea of not being able to take screenshots with his phone. Just screenshot your account name, Phil, and snap a pic where you show that and your face, or a number to confirm, and you're golden. He probably won't do anything. Because he can't. Because he's obviously Rafters.

He couldn't make a burner WWE Champions account and tell us the name because the website they have says when the account was made, and we know around when he started playing the game due to that vid of him explaining what mobile games he was playing.

Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. Stuck between a rahk and a hard place. Nothin' he could do.

😂 It's so beautiful when you think about it. The guy has been so dumb (and greedy) throughout his entire adult life, that he thought it would be a good idea to document everything for money.. And now any possible excuse he tries to prove it's not him on Champions has already been debunked, by himself no less!! We barely have to do any searching based on any lies he tells, and it gets exposed almost in real time. All he can do at this point is just shut up, and he's still too stupid (and greedy) to even do that 🤭
