This is partially correct in my view. I think the term 'gender euphoria' was popularized or even invented to provide a jargonistic veneer to what was plainly sexual arousal.

But, I think that increasingly the term generally means any positive feelings associated with cross-sex behavior/identification. So, you do now see female troons talk about their "gender euphoria."

Of course, it is still commonly used to hand wave away the obvious fact of many troons' identities being borne of fetishistic indulgences.

I think it's probably not commented enough on in this thread, how this kind of thing has the effect of drawing the vulnerable in. It's the dragon they felt they once caught the tail of and find themselves chasing ever after. And, the tragedy here is that the things that start the chase are - from the outside - unfathomable small; things that have no worldly significance.

First of all the way you worded that made me cringe. Second, and I know I'm powerleveling again, I know what arousal is and I know plenty of other feelings. The idea this was some confirmation of a secret fantasy is dumb because I had always been very sure that I wasn't trans and that I was a man (even when it was obvious I wasn't).
