Haven't been up to date with most of the people on here besides a couple of them, so I judged them mainly by memory or looking at their profile pictures, and had to exclude a few for lack of knowledge.

RCDart and that other person obviously belong there.
Puppychan's art would go into "awful", but there was a time where her art was actually good. Then she slowly declined in quality as time went on.
Blobfish is mostly slice of life, but when they do get into political topics or other subjects like it, it's the most smoothbrained take possible.
I'd put the "infamous pride Picrew" creator in crime against art but her art actually isn't too bad, honestly. It's just the fact that I've seen it fucking everywhere.
Neutral for me means I don't peculiarly know said person very well.
Idolomantises is probably the least SJW and some of her takes aren't actually too bad apart from the "he/him lesbian" BS and the occasional drama.
