Even further back in the thread, I had a spergfight with one or two other kiwis about neovaginas aka stinkditches, specifically the kind made with intestinal tissue.
I personally thought (and still maintain) they are pretty much the best you can have, as the intestinal mucous does a decent job of lubricating the penis skin inverted canal and keeping it clean, does not need to be hooked up to the spinal tendons to prevent prolapse, and also needs a much less rigorous dilation schedule.
The other kiwis were not having it.
It took me about 5 pages worth of spergfighting to realise that to the kiwis (and the average person), a stinkditch is always awful compared to a real vagina, specifically for sexual intercourse, while I thought it was great because I was comparing it to other neovagina creation methods, and fully knowing this is to alleviate body dysphoria, not to facilitate sexual intercourse and is not to be used for such.
A bit further from that spergfight but still quite a while back was what I consider the pinnacle of medical engineering, and what the kiwis dubbed "
IKEA cunt".
"IKEA cunt" was an FTM who kept their fully functioning vagina, but cut up their labia minora to fashion into a ballsack that hung over their intact clitoris. The ballsacks contained fluid and tubing went up through a flesh pole sewn above the ballsack (presumably the skin was fashioned out of grafts from the inner thigh), such that when the troon pumped the left testicle, the penis would become erect.
Now I reckon this is a fucking marvel because I know for a fact that "normal" phalloplasty has a flexible wire that is inserted right through your body running parallel to the clitoris (some butchers stick it IN the clitoris and this causes permanent pain) and you bend that wire to make it "erect".
I can also understand that my opinions are pure lunacy to most people, who would much rather that fleshpole surgery did not happen at all.
I also accept all the negative ratings just for necroing IKEA cunt from the depths.
