Someone probably already pointed it out but I'll say it anyway. Even he does the troon/AGP smirk, it's amazing, Anyone here knows of a single tranny in the world who doesn't do this stupid smirk in selfies?

At least Styx had actual proof of his claim. Steady growth on all platforms except YouTube, fans saying they've been unsubbed, content not showing in searches. All after complaining about one of YouTubes sacred cows.

Jim has offered no proof other than a rapidly declining subscriber base which is directly in line with a decline in the quality of his content.

I never saw this expression before Troon World. They just imitate it from each other on social media. No actual woman has ever made this facial expression.
 
Some of these youtubers cant help but overshare their personal lives online. Partly because they run out of content and talking about personal drama gets views, and partly they are just not very interesting and cant carry a show without injecting that personal fluffed up bullshit into videos.

Of course when you do that you can end up like boogie with alot of what he said coming back to bite him, or end up like Jim now (and boogie) with your core fanbase turned off by the changes and disgusting personal details they never wanted to know.

A lot of these gamer youtubers follow a pattern. Most of them stop playing games after awhile, shift to this personal drama content, then sputter out after awhile. Work is work no matter what it is, and eventually work gets tedious. You have to have that separation of work and play. They get burned out with video games doing it for work and play. None of them have any real skills or talent (many many youtubers were target/walmart/retail before hitting it big). When they run out of content, get bored of gaming, all they have left is personal fluffed up drama.

There are some long standing guys out there that still pull in views and are pretty consistent and separate their work/personal lives. Angry Video Game Nerd is a good example of how to do it right. Angry Joe too maybe though he does get himself in hot water here and there.

He got way too puffed up because a long time ago youtube briefly made note of him because someone (might have been the digihom boys, might have been alex mauer, I forget) made a bunch of obviously malicious copyright DMCAs against his channel and YT put him on some sort of special list where they would actually bother to check if it was fair use before nuking. That was maybe the apex of his career and now he doesn't do anything that would be worth taking down.

a lot of conservative or moderate personalities are seeing similar hijinks with youtube, even when pandering to the algorithm's bullshit in everything but actual content.

Someone in the Kevin Gibes thread coined the term "autogynesmile" and I agree. They're turned on by thinking they look female in the selfie. Just by looking at it we are participating in the fetish.

Jim is always trying to force a meme, from Willem Dafoe to Skeletal Warriors, and it never sticks. One of the few that did was #FuckKonami. I think he's banking on #OhUbisoft being the next big thing, but it's not sticking.

He gamed himself. He is a walking mockery of everything he made fun of - just like his birthplace (Something Awful).
The only things that are 'sticking' are the donuts to his third (fourth?) chin and gunt.
 
To think I wrote an essay in University citing a couple of this guys videos on loot boxes a few years ago. Feelsbadman. Mind you this was when he cared about gaming industry and before he showed any indication of trooning out. I blame his "wife".

That is very unlikely. TB for all its (many) faults had self-esteem and a drive for self-improvement. Jim never went that far: his debasement in his litle skits and in his "wrestling" gimmick is proof enough.
