Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh dies at 70

Conservative talk show radio host and Republican party icon Rush Limbaugh has died. He was 70 years old.

His wife Kathryn announced his passing on his radio show Wednesday, saying Limbaugh died earlier this morning.

“Rush will forever be the greatest of all time,” she said.

Limbaugh had been battling advanced lung cancer since February.

Back in October, Limbaugh provided this somber update on his show: “You know, I wake up every day and thank God that I did. I go to bed every night praying I’m gonna wake up. I don’t know how many of you do that, those of you who are not sick, those of you who are not facing something like I and countless other millions are.”

Former President Donald Trump awarded Limbaugh the Medal of Freedom during his most recent State of the Union address

This appearance only a few days after his he revealed his diagnosis on his show.

“I can’t help but feel that I’m letting everybody down with this, but the upshot is that I have been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer,” Limbaugh said in February.

I don't think he was a good guy at all, but he did change the landscape of AM radio and politics. He was a part of my childhood thanks to my parents playing him in the car during trips to relatives in the summer.

Boomer conservatism died with him. All the bullshit about Democrats being the real racists, hispanics being natural conservatives, fighting in the Middle East to protect ARE VALUES, etc couldn’t have been done with Rush behind the golden EIB microphone. Towards the end, he finally started to break from this to talk about how fucked things really are, especially for whites. Although he spent 30 years doing his best to keep wypipo asleep, his show was entertaining.

Conservatives tend to not do that in the first place, because they aren't shitty people who value acquisition of power above all else.

We talk about cuckservatives all the time, but the truth is, liberals don't take advantage of the Right's weakness; they take advantage of the right's decency.

Conservatives aren't cucked as much as liberals are sociopaths.
