Honestly, any of the people whom he has threatened (however ineptly) with the use of Mr. Mayerson's services are completely within their rights to write Mr. Mayerson and enquire as to (a) whether he is actually representing Shaner and (b) whether or not he endorses these threats (as Mr. Shaner claims he does).

So..if one really wanted to, they could get a fancy letterhead document via us mail stating that Mr. Mayerson does not represent Mr. Shaner in any way shape or form? Not that your average farmer would do a thing like that, but...they could, in theory.

Exactly who is going to pay them in the event your case wins? You do understand that the winner of a criminal case doesn't get a sack of "I'm sorry" cash from the government right? Or is this some deranged assumption where winning your criminal case means the CBRR somehow is immediately held civilly liable and pays you restitution.

Lenny seems to think that if he wins, he immediately gets put in charge of the railroad and everyone who ever criticized him or clocked him on the head with a lantern is immediately frog-marched to prison.
 
A word of advice from a law student to a dumbass, Len. You're competent enough to represent yourself in court. Plus, it could help you cut costs on legal representation/keep you from wasting some poor fucker's time on litigation that'll probably take longer than it ever should.
