This might actually not be getting paid for by the Canadians.

There are more than enough tranny surgeons in Canada, so they almost certainly wouldn't have sent him down to the states to get the surgery done. Especially during Covid.

It seems to me like he got this done out of pocket because he kept failing the psych screenings they perform in Canada for the surgery, even with the current pro-trans cultural zeitgeist.

Definitely looks like a bargain basement surgeon, but not quite Doctor Nick levels.

Is it real or not? I don't know. The fingers do look like Yaniv's, yes. But the skin texture around the left side sutures is different between the two images... pretty drastically different, too much so for me to chalk it up to lighting. But they two pictures are at different angles, so I might not be seeing the same patch of skin.

Even though that doctor butcher tagged in his Tweet had nothing do with his hatchet wound, I hope she logs in this morning an begins to reevaluate her career choices.
 
Oh wow, there's not many images on the internet these days that legitmately make me feel nauseous but that certainly did it.

I seriously hope Johnathan doesn't start asking innocent beauticians to wax that area, nobody deserves that kind of punishment.

I ran the hi-def ones through FotoForensics here and here (BOTH NSFL!).
The JPEG compression is 83% so it's pretty grainy (granulomatous?), but the compression's the same on both of them and the metadata's the same for both. The ELA has some very faint colour on it, and it's dark around the hands but very bright around the edges of the hands and the actual wound itself. Someone who knows more about these things than me could interpret it better, I'm not really sure what to make of it. The darkness on the hands and brightness on the stinkditch could mean that the hands were 'shopped on top like you suggest, though the compression doesn't help. Any brave souls who want to look at it in detail, the links are there.
