Image indexing on the internet is really not good enough (unlike text indexing) to catch something like this. He most likely recycled someone else's awful pictures. (Edit: good enough in the sense that there's many more pictures that aren't indexed compared to how much raw text is indexed)

He also is too fat/mentally ill to have been given that surgery in Canada. Some really enterprising fatass troons can wrangle a dick chop in parts of the US or maybe Canada, but I don't see him being that enterprising for that specific end.

This just reminds me of how he claimed to be intersex because he thought intersex meant "literally male and female" and claimed he menstruated as a kid (and had Miriam back him up). This just seems like that same kind of eye rolling attention ploy, one that gets his rocks off if even just a few people can fall for it.

Could be wrong though.

Vancouver Roller Girl, Allen Dawson was diagnosed and started hormones, while in prison for beating a man to death. He received surgery soon after being released and moving to BC.
 
This is fake, this surgery is money Yaniv doesn't have and even in BC you need to jump through a ton of hoops that takes years and years Yaniv wouldn't have the temperament to go through. Knowing Yaniv they would celebrate the surgery to "own" the taxpayer too.
